Mookies is a quiet resort, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees and next to the jungle. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. We rented a scooter from the hotel and explored the island. It was a shock after being on other islands, so much rubbish and many stray dogs. We kayaked to the emerald cave early in the morning, it was stunning. The owner is lovely and the food was amazing!

Rooms aren’t cleaned every day, but fresh towels and water were provided. The staff is very welcoming. What I absolutely loved was the quiet surrounding. Charly beach is only a few minutes walk away.

De locatie is perfect: 10’ lopen naar Charlie beach: het beste strand van Ko Muk. Dus als je op loopafstand naar een prachtige strand met zonsondergang: dit is jouw plek! Wang de manager is heel aardig maar het personeel is heel erg relaxed. De tuin zou zo veel mooier kunnen zijn als hij ondergehouden zou worden. Er zijn te veel zweerfhonden die je constant lastig vallen en soms vechten en blaffen. Ontbijt is karig. Heel jammer dat in een land vol met verse vruchten ze je een sinaasappelsap van de supermarkt serveren. Wij hadden een hele slechte ervaring met de Mookies boot: wij kregen motorpech midden op zee. De kapitein sprak geen Engels en andere boten stopten niet om ons te helpen. Wij moesten een uur wachten voor dat een andere boot ons ging ophalen. Ik voelde mij niet veilig. De emerald cave trip was niet goed uitgelegd door Wang van tevoren. Je moet 80m in het donker zwemmen om naar een binnen meer te komen. Ik werd claustrofobisch en moest omdraaien. Dit werd netje opgelost door Wang maar de ervaring was niet fijn. De kamer was heel basic, bed is klein en hard. Je wordt heel vroeg wakker want er zijn rammen die geen gordijnen hebben.

Vakkert sted , rolig , utrolig frodig og vakre omgivelser . Veldig hyggelig personale , enkel , og god frokost ( ikke inkludert ) , deilig middag . Kort gangavstand til verdens vakreste strand , charlie beach . Kommer gjerne tilbake !

Bungalow propre et fonctionnel, salle de bain un peu vieillotte, lit hyper confortable, clim silencieuse, accueil et disponibilité au top pour les excursions et toutes les questions possibles. L'écrin de verdure dans lequel sont incorporés les bungalows est superbe, la flore luxuriantes et parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons eu le plaisir de voir 3 cacatoès au petit matin dans le grand palmier du jardin. Les nuits sont silencieuses ..un luxe. Le petit déjeuner extra 4 formules au choix c'est top ! Nous y avons également dîné le poisson frais au bbq était parfait le dîner très bon les tarifs compétitifs. La plage est a 5/ 6 minutes à pieds hyper pratique ! Je recommande vraiment cette pension pour les amoureux de la nature.
