In the picture there is an air conditioner but when I went to check in it said there was a fan in every room. Deceive consumers So I agreed to waste the booking fee without staying. The weather in Thailand is already hot. Is it bad if I sleep with a fan at home? Please help me specify the details in the reservation so that every room has a fan so that customers don't have to reserve or use the service again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This beach is really remote and can only be reached off-road or by boat taxi. This is only possible when the sea is calm. We weren't lucky, the sea was choppy and a lot of rubbish washed up on the beach. The hotel staff tried to clean the beach every day. Otherwise a fantastic place away from the tourist crowds. Recommendation to the hotel - offer a free transfer to Thongsala. The transport costs are definitely too expensive.

I don't even know where to start, hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. ATTENTION!! NEVER book this hotel unless you want to be isolated in a hole at the end of the world. The hotel does not have an access road, there are about 2 km of steep road full of holes, you can only access it by jeep or 4x4, the city taxi service does not go there. This makes the customer dependent on the transfer service provided by the hotel at an absurdly expensive price. Every time you want to leave the hotel to go to the busy part of the island, be prepared to spend a lot of money. The alternative is to stay at a hotel that does not provide the minimum comfort services for a good stay. There is no hot water, no air conditioning, no wi-fi connection, the hygiene of the space leaves much to be desired and the only alternative for meals is the hotel's restaurant with very poor quality and very expensive prices. I felt totally deceived with this reservation, I booked for 3 nights and only stayed one and they never refunded my money for the other 2 nights that I didn't enjoy. When booking, nothing indicated the lack of conditions in general, so I contacted the booking operator who, after several attempts, told me that the hotel would not return the money. The hotel staff does not speak English and does not want to know about your situation, they did nothing to help us, they were extremely rude and unfriendly. When we got to the room extremely tired from the trip, we didn't even have hot water for a decent shower and on top of that we had a dead lizard in the room and ants everywhere. They don't even provide shower gel, the towels are of poor quality as well as the sheets that smelled of mold and were clearly not clean. Finally, an experience not to be repeated was money thrown in the trash.

I cannot comment on cleanliness and facilities because I could not even get there, the location is very remote, so much so that taxis do not arrive, you can only go by boat and I do not know if you can get there by motorcycle either, I classify this service as disastrous since it does not They do not help at all when trying to move to the hotel or in canceling the reservation, they never pay it in advance.
