"First time in Koh Phangan and Bayshore hotel was an enjoyable experience. Very modern, clean place with exceptional personnel and great amenities. We have stayed in a Deluxe Cottage that was surrounded by greenery and nice shade had been there all the time. Hotel has a nice pool and surrounding area, and a clean and cozy beach. Breakfast experience is great too, very beautiful serving and polite staff. The distance from Thong sala pier is 25 minute by car. Hotel provides it's own good transfer in a gorgeous car by 300 thb let adult, child for free. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation."

"Big swimming pool and big rooms. 10 minute walk to the beach. Really good breakfast!!! Only one key card allowed and air conditioning takes a long time to cool the large room. No cable tv only free internet tv. Expensive during the full moon but better than sleeping on the beach."

"The bungalow itself was very clean and comfortable with good a/c and a lovely patio to sit on. The bathroom was huge, although the shower head wasn't great giving poor water flow. The biggest issues we had with the property was no road access to it, so you had to walk along the beach to get in and out all the time. No signage from the beach to say where Reception was. Bungalows were very close together, both side to side as well as facing each other, offering very little privacy and we had noisy neighbours on both sides. No facilities or amenities to this "resort" whatsoever."

"This hotel is the worse we experienced. We arrived and the room was not ready at 2pm and afterwards at 4pm we got directed to the same room that was still not cleaned. I asked for an upgrade to get another room and they invited me to pay again! The rooms would have been amazing if it wasn't for the bad first impression regarding checkin. They did not take care of all the empty dishes at the swimming pool promptly and everything was lying on the tables for at least 1 hour. One positive note is the breakfast that had enough choices however we were not informed prior that swimwear was not allowed and was asked to leave to be covered up."

"WOW! This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth, smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself is stunning, set on a beach front location with a tropical vibe. The location is perfect with white sandy beach and views of the surrounding bay. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, very comfortable bed and the outside space with plunge pool and seabirw was just perfect. It was peaceful and the most amazing way to relax. Beach side bar and restaurant is fab and served amazing food with exceptional hospitality and service. We would like to say a special thank you to Top who looked after us throughout, so helpful and kind and really elevated the experience for us. Would also like tho thank Htien who looked after us at the beach. We were also greeted by the hotel manager Alti when we arrived which was really nice to see. The staff here all seem extremely happy and this is evident in the service that they provide and the genuine customer care. We will be back to visit again and will be recommending to family and friends. This was an incredible experience and the highlight of our time in Thailand, such a unique and special place we cannot recommend it enough."

"Quick notes for potential guests: there are definitely children here, as I know since they left the guest list in my room, most guests are from Israel, beach is pretty but rocky pebbles and seaweed don't make it pleasant to stay, cleanliness needs improvement and the facility is definitely worn, service needs improvement, they fail to disclosure beverage is not included when prepaying meals so a credit card dispute will definitely be charged since not disclosed. I'm supposed to be celebrating my honeymoon. The service here is abysmal. As early as check in day, the staff are so rude and dismissive; This sets the precedence for the entire experience! You would think they're playing poker with their deadpan look of disdain. They will also eagerly default to a "no". If you've had this experience, then you know. My husband suffered a painful skin burn episode due to their over scented lotions while recovering from a sunburn. Their genius staff suggested to pay for a massage .. are you kidding? I went to the pharmacy instead. The taxi driver must have been found from Arkham, who wasn't ready at pick up and then demands money when it can be charged to the room. My goodness! I came back from Away Chiang Mai for a FIFTH of the price with far better service. As soon as you arrive you complete a card for dietary preferences. Vegan was selected. 10 minutes later they bring a honeymoon cake with eggs and milk to our room. The lack of attention to detail is the concern at $500 USD a night and taxi service ten times the price of Chiang Mai's Grab service. In this sea of disappointment, the only saving grace has been the dinner chef. The food is good, but it doesn't justify the poor treatment. You don't need to take my word for it. Simply call them. Try to schedule things and ask questions to gage their service. You will notice they tend to jump to answers before actually taking a moment to exert any effort in figuring it out. I had to ask THREE times for pick up at the ferry via Whatspp before they actually scheduled when I asked for a 4TH time via EMAIL.. I should have taken that as a warning.. please do not dismiss this review."

"a nice resort with nice beach, bungalows are vut something broken in every bungalow Maintainance is bad, they not fix the holder of the shower-head-holder since years, damaged bulbs bot replaced, some water-heater in shower damaged, can not be adjusted, only have choice of cold or too hot water in Bungalow A10. Drain from basin is leaking into the room since years...nobody seem to check for these small things. Also the Myanmar-staff at reception and lady in beach-bar kitchen are unmotivated, ignorant and not friendly, literally lazy, playing phone all the time. Dont rent motorbike there as the reception lady is working together with mototbike-rental to scam customers with old damages. This staff should really be kicked out cause they ruin the reputation of this nice overall Resort."
