We really enjoyed our stay in Zama. First of all the staff were excellent - welcoming and helpful. The girl at the reception specifically was wonderful and catered for all our needs. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Not new and needs some touchup but really ok for the price. All rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden. The view from the room was exceptional. You should note that that depending on the room's location, there could be a lot of stairs. The hotel's restaurant was also very good. Do try it. The hotel is a bit far from everything so you will probably need some transportation. We got help from the receptionist renting bikes and it was great. Great beaches located a short motorbike ride from the hotel. We really recommend it.

Tolle Tage auf Ko Phangan - schönes Resort an eher ruhiger Lage auf Ko Phangan, netter Empfang, süsse Bungalows (wir hatten das Glück den tollen Bungalow zu underst mit Sea View zu haben - welcher wohl auch für alle Bilder Website benutzt wurde), gutes Frühstück, super Essen im Restaurant, viele süsse Katzen - ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Anlage v.a. rund um den Pool (Liegen etc. dürften etwas besser gepflegt werden) , aber alle sin allem sehr toll. Nur für Leute die gut zu Fuss sind (oder nie etwas vergessen) geeignet - es sind doch einige Treppenstufen rauf zur Lobby/Restaurant . zum Glück helfen sie beim Koffer rauftragen nach dem Aufenthalt (Trinkgeld ist bei schweren Koffer angebracht :)). Secret Beach mit süsser Strandbar (manchmal Live-Musik) und einige Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz, alles in allem braucht man aber einen Roller/ein Fahrzeug um die Insel zu sehen - Roller via Hotel günstig zu mieten und wird vor die Türe gebracht. Vielen Dank!!

We had a wonderful stay at Zama Resort! It is a beautiful resort with great breakfast and food and a nice pool to relax. When we left something important in the hotel room after leaving the island, the owner of the hotel went out of her way to contact me and discuss how to best deliver it to me. I am very thankful for that and would like to highlight the friendly and familiar a**osphere.

The hotel and a**osphere was nice. The bungalow itself was quite nice, but sound insulation was lousy. The partial sea view was a joke because there are palm leaves hiding the view. In the hotel area there are many steps between the bungalows and the restaurant and pool area. Steps are higher than European standard.
Service in the restaurant was very good and food was tasty and reasonable prices! Also breakfast was extremely good, you can order what you like.
It's possible to walk to the Secret Beach, but there are few steep hills between. Haad Yao beach can be easily reached by taxi just waving it in the street of the hotel (400 baths for 2 persons one way).

This resort was perfect. The location was great, right on the beach. The staff were incredible. Their attention to detail was amazing and they were always one step ahead of us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend eating at the restaurant too. The food is delicious and service amazing. I regret I did not her her name, but the woman on the front desk was truly amazing.

Very clean air-conditioned room and very comfortable bedding (king size) kindness of the staff always attentive to your needs and ready to help you (my bag lost by the airline was found and delivered to the hotel) Sea view with magnificent sunset and above all very quiet Hearty and homemade breakfast Pleasant swimming pool with sea view Very good value for money I recommend
