Room wasn't cleaned before we entered, bedsheets was stained and dirty with weird black stains on a white bedsheets. Sand on the floor in room, some guys underwear still hanging in the room so we know it wasn't cleaned. Water wasn't replaced or put near our door each night. No towel for floor just a welcome may. I dont think I'll ever stay again by the time we wanted to raise the issues, 1 day has already passed because we didn't know until we noticed all these issues add up. SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK STAFF TO CLEAN A ROOM BEFORE THEY GIVE YOU THE KEY. and certainly SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE GREETED TO SOMEONE ELSES UNDERWEAR HANGING IN OUR BATHROOM

Location is perfect, get out of the building straight on the beach. There is a fire show every evening at 8pm. The room didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush

There are 4 or 5 hotel building that belong to the owner. The ones that are 2 steps away from the beach are newer. The ones in the back are a bit older. And the ones that I had needed some renovations but not much. Iif you’re looking for delux 5 stars this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for decent and very close to the beach this is very good for the price you pay. The owner of the hotel is friendly and if you ask him he will try to help. The beach is very clean and the hotel has long chairs and tables you can sit and order in front on the beach looking at the water. You can drink, eat and go for a swim and comeback to sit. That’s what makes this hotel great. As I said the beach is very clean and my 1.5 year old child had fun on the sand and a bit in the water.

This particular build of Saikaew Villa 65 is a very old building. Looks a little run down the rooms and bathroom. There are better building right besides this Saikaew Villa 65 but called other name Saikaew Villa something. The location is good close to the beach and lot of local restaurants and restaurants on the beach is available. No great customer service to speak off. I will not recommend this particular Saikaew Villa 65 hotel

Charges are loose. The hair dryer cannot use. The furnitures are old and basically cannot use. But the bed is very comfortable and clean.

Easy access to pier and good food in island , nice beach 🏖 & nightlife and rooms are huge 🙏. Definitely enjoyed my short stay..if you want to have easy access to sunset and lazy to walk to far this is the place to stay without breaking your savings 😂🇹🇭🙏

Im glad we only stayed for one night. The room was wet we had to change to other room and I found the other room wet as well. The staff didn’t take action much about the problem he only give me other key to enter the room right next to our first one, didn’t show me any concerns. Two rooms I went in had a very strong scent of mold. We stayed in the second floor so early in the morning we could hear noises from staffs downstairs, the room is not noiseproof at all. Bedsheets and towels are the only things that smells good to me so we are comfortable to sleep in and did not cancel our night here. The location was very good we had a good time at the beach and all.

Two nights good stay,, the beach is beautiful, but not clean

Good location near the beach.

I am not picky about accommodation, but this hotel definitely deserves criticism! They promised an upgraded room, but ended up putting us in a worse one. We complained to the administration and were offered to move. Having seen the upgraded room, we decided to stay in the regular one, because at least it was bigger. The rooms are smelly, we counted only two European-style brushes, both of which were completely broken. Upon check-in, sand immediately stuck to our feet, just like on the beach. We asked them to clean it up and they did. The next problem was the toilet. It was just floating there. We asked them to fix it and they fixed it. But only after much persuasion. In 4 days, they cleaned the room twice (once upon check-in). Half of the coastline is occupied by a cafe at the hotel, like in neighboring hotels. But there are no people in the cafe of this hotel, which can be concluded about the quality of the food. Guests are allowed to take sun loungers on the first line of the cafe for free, but you cannot drink your own beer in them, beer from the cafe costs twice as much. The cafe workers were told to go to hell, they drank beer because the cafe occupied the beach area, and they didn't pay fines. The only thing that pleased them was the location.

Fantastic location and good service, there are several restaurants along the entire beach but the hotel's food was also really good.

The sockets are all broken, the fridge is on the latest edition. There is constant noise from the workers on the side of the building with the first ten rooms (I understand everything, you need to rest, but why didn't they make a rest area for them further away from the tourists' bedrooms, so that at 7-8 in the morning they wouldn't wake them up with loud conversations and sounds from phones)
