They have issue with stairs , a lot a lot of stairs , delay with golf cars , beach very bad rocks , not sandy

actually Hotel got a nice location with good rooms . however food is just fine on other hand you have like 300 step stairs every day from.room to reception

The whole family was very happy with this resort. Breakfast and dinner are rich. The room is super big and has two balconies. The Red Sea is super beautiful and I really should have stayed two more nights.

Very good hotel, because the check-in was slow, the manager in the lobby upgraded it to a suite, which is very big and clean, but the food is a bit unaccustomed

Very well organised resort hotel with many pools and private beach. Service is just excellent and the Egyptians are very kind and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was so nice. All of the staff were very friendly, super helpful and they went above and the went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. The evening restaurant manager organised a birthday cake for me as a surprise. It was so nice. I really appreciated it and it definitely made my birthday special. Thank you to all of staff there at Renaissance.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Red Sea. The snorkeling off the pier is amazing. For an all-inclusive, the food was very good and we were well-pleased. Special mention to Ayman in the Coast restuarant, Hesham at the pool bar, our room attendant, Ahmed, and Maikel and Sama in the spa who made our stay extra special.

It was the 2nd week of a 2 weeks in the Red Sea. Rooms renovated and clean, huge pools. Buffet restaurant that could be improved, nice Italian restaurants and fish restaurant inside the village. Good gym, that could be improved too with more machines. Overall a really nice stay.

We spent our vacation in quiet environment , the Suite is perfect with a beautiful sea view, the management and teams are professional, I recommend it.

the beach was far and dry... its far from the hotel it was very upseting

I did´t like that althoug there were no edible water in the room when I asked about a water in the recepction they sent me to the bar where they pretend to cherge me for it.
