Made the booking in October. My aunt went there for 7 years, they were always nice. Until this time, they cancelled her booking one week before her flight, telling her to book other hotels that she didn't like (and without offering compensation or willing to pay the difference in price) because some Russian tourists wanted to stay longer in the room she booked and would pay more than her. Stabbed in the back just like that. Be careful when booking with this hotel, you might not get your room if you are unlucky.

The photos are beautiful, the pre-covid reviews are good. We arrived - in fact a house made of containers in a swamp. Not well maintained, the path is covered in bird droppings, the swamp is dirty. The toilet is combined with a shower, and if someone washes, then all under the wet, there is no normal slope for water. And then in general the toilet was clogged and went to the next room. We took 3 days to live while looking for housing. With this, the hotel coped on the verge of a foul. There is a kitchen, two air conditioners. Doors with locks, but the gaps are large. Enough to eat in a cafe nearby, normal, you can choose what to eat. Helped to rent bikes and generally friendly. But the feeling was, "doing the hotel as best I can."
