看評論不知道為什麼評價不高，個人感覺在線的，維持了栗子的水準，環境，服務，衞生都可以，可以沒有衞洗麗，不過好像東南亞的酒店很少有。沒有感受到差別對待，工作人員都很熱情啊，可能不是旺季，bagi來的也很快，餐廳的口味也不錯的。沒有中文服務和中文酒店介紹是真的，但不影響入住質量，整體還是可以的。

客人反饋不適合長者出行，房間分佈在山區不同樓棟之間，各類設施都要依靠園區電瓶車到達，所以有長者出行最好不訂這家。

酒店服務好，衞生可以。每天早晚清潔一次，及時補給飲用水及紙巾，第一天有歡迎水果，每晚開夜床放一個小甜點。服務員熱情有禮貌。下午5:30-6:30大堂有免費飲品，同時看日落，很棒。早餐品種多一點和做得可口就更好。沒有芒果糯米飯吃有點不足

We are very disappointed with this hotel.
For breakfast there is no air conditioner; food was good but unfortunately we had no appetite…(even if we arrived at 6:30 am, it’s hot already)
Some of stuff are very rude and unpleasant including housekeepers (even in front of us looking at her smartphone and didn’t work well).
The service at breakfast was not good, we had to wait for 10 minutes to have coffee. Also they didn’t know how to make iced coffee, so diluted most of the time, the strength of the coffee varies each time…(we could only take iced coffee because it’s too hot)
We paid over 100 USD for an extra bed; but just a sofa mattress was covered with sheets in our living room without curtains. So our child had to sleep on the floor with us.
They also forgot to make a bed sometimes.
Actually stuff was not well trained, we ordered a big car to the airport in advance, but of course they forgot and we got only a normal car where we were packed in the back.
We had asked for a few other things but they were completely forgotten…

下次不住了，位置偏僻而且非常大，去哪都要坐車，除非你定別墅泳池，要不然不建議住這裏，床是真大，消殺做的很好

住了兩天海景房，整體比較滿意的。
先説好的：
1.房型之前看評論説面積傻大，但實際體驗還是很科學；
2.餐廳出品水準很高，送餐服務不算貴分量還很大；
3.我開車去的，前台配合泊車，態度也是熱情的；
4.房間在山上風景很好，陽台可以看日出。
缺點：
1.酒店內出行很依賴club car接送，但等車真的很久；
2.早餐挺一般的，基本也就是國內部分萬豪的水準，對不起ritz招牌；
3.部分員工對白人態度更好，這個是蘇梅島很多酒店的通病。
