I was very torn to write this review. I want to love this place. It is an awesome concept and on a gorgeous private quiet beach. However the entire facility needs intensive cleaning. The sheets and towels are clean but everything else is dirty. There is no restaurant and the beach bar only sells bottled drinks. The facility is understaffed so even though they want to help they just can’t. If you can look past the dirt and can order food online then you will love this place.

To whoever is in charge of booking these hotels. I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms they were not cleaned every day. The shower door had to be removed. And was not replaced. The swimming pools was filthy we could not use it. There is not enough staff to cope with the work load. For the money I paid I felt very let down. I blame trip.com for allowing people to book this sub standard hotel. I will not be using trip. Com again unless I get a satisfactory answer to my complaint. Many thanks for nothing.

The hotel is in great need of renovation, it still hasn't recovered after the covid restrictions, the closet in our room was full of holes, the towels were old, the glass doors were dirty, there were a lot of nuances, the restaurant was open only for breakfast, a very poor breakfast considering the fact that there are no restaurants nearby at all. It is a big request to the owners to allocate money for the renovation of the hotel, because the photos on the website and the reality are very different. I want to express my big thanks to the staff, the girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful, during the misunderstanding that arose because of our cat, everything was resolved quickly. The hotel does not accept pets, but we were kindly agreed to stay with our cat. Everything was great for a 2-day stay, if you ignore all the disadvantages. Advantages : friendly staff, the location of the hotel is the first line. Cons: everything else

This place was probably great when it was first built. Sadly now the only thing that comes across is NEGLECT. The bathroom was atrocious. The water from the taps was brown. We had water running from the walls in the bathroom (plus a couple of lizards!) but the other issue is it’s miles from anywhere - there’s no bars or restaurants for miles around. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss

Room and shower were dirty pool was filthy and the whole complex needs tidying up, very disappointing as fabulous beech.

I had a pleasant stay at The Bay, would definitely come again. The bungalow is great, spacious and cozy. The beach is really nice, it's shared by several resorts and there's not so many people. On the downside, there was no hot water initially, but the staff fixed that pretty quickly. Also, there was some kind of a dump on the back side of the house.

Perfect place for chilling the atmosphere of relax and enjoying the sea. But the hotel conditions is not so good. Anyway for this price is ok. Staff is cute and friendly . Thank you for your warm

Very cozy hotel for a couple, just infront of the beach

We booked for 4 nights but voluntarily checked out after 2 nights and left the hotel. The reasons for this: run-down bungalows, dirty pool (you can't even get in with bathing shoes). It started on the first day when we checked in and were shown our bungalow, the first thing we were greeted with was the dirty pool. Then on the first evening when we wanted to sleep and got to the accommodation, we were surprised to find ants all over the floor and some in the bed. We reported this to the hotel staff, who said they would take care of it and spray the rooms with insect spray. The next evening in Genoa we had the same problem - ants plus large cockroaches in the room. Nothing matches what is written about the accommodation when booking. The staff could no longer help us because there were no other rooms available. So we checked out 2 nights early.

1 The air conditioner is dripping water and the whole room is flooded with water 2 The light in the shower goes off and on (flickers) that turn on the water in the shower 3 The flow in the shower is very weak 4 There are ants in the room 5 There is a lot of dust in the room 6 When we booked the room it said sea view and there is no sea view. 7 The water in the shower is hot and suddenly cold And I have asked for help twice already, each time for three hours at the reception until I get a response. A technician came and still couldn't fix the problems.. I demanded to get a proper room and was told that there was only a room with a pool and I had to pay more money if I wanted to move to a proper room, which is really wrong. The hotel has great potential but is not maintained, the pool is full of green and everything is broken. The employees try to help but they have no way. Also, the location of the hotel is horrible, far from everything. Bottom line, I don't recommend it. Although the staff is nice, they don't understand and can't help with anything. At this point, I just gave up because I noticed that I was wasting whole days at the reception instead of enjoying my vacation.

The stay was OK. The location was good, the room was very nicely situated by the sea. Unfortunately, it was very lacking in cleanliness and needs to be improved urgently. It wasn't cleaned once in 3 nights, despite being told to do so, which is very sad for the price.

The hotel is located very far from civilization - within walking distance there is only a small shop with everything you need (not 7leven) and a Reggae bar - an authentic cafe, inexpensive prices, a large selection of food, the only downside is that it opens at 1 pm. You can order a taxi from the hotel - they will take you to any point. The hotel is more suitable for a super-quiet holiday and for tourists whose goal of rest is to lie around the pool or on the beach all day long (by the way, the beach is on the first line, there are few people). The staff almost does not speak English, but Google translator is always helpful. Of course, very friendly and efficient. In general, the place is beautiful. A kind of ************* for the rich :D

It was getting old, the pool belonging to the bungalow was one of the cleaner ones in the complex, the toilet smelled extremely bad. When there was staff at the reception, they were very helpful and took care of any issues immediately. All in all, OK

The receptionist is very cute. The room is very beautiful, the view is beautiful, but the bathroom smells a bit. Overall, I like it.
