I stayed in this hotel three times. The beach is really nice, very shallow and flat. You can still stand 100 meters away. There are not many people. If you want to stay in the hotel and just stare blankly every day, that's fine.

After staying for a few days, we found out that we were the only Chinese family. However, the hotel service was very good. They greeted us and introduced the hotel facilities in the little Chinese they knew. The overall service was still acceptable.

The hotel met our expectations. Situated on a hillside, surrounded by greenery, a real arboretum. In addition, located on the stunning Chaweng Noi beach, the purest sand and azure sea. There were always enough places on the beach. We were placed in the Premier room next to the utility room, it was stressful at first, but the area smoothed out the negative effects of the noise.
The only thing I think is that the prices in the hotel restaurant are too high, and the service is a little delayed.
Overall, we liked everything and will most likely return to Fire House.

The location is relatively remote. There is no restaurant nearby. The room is old and not very clean. The breakfast has few choices and tastes bad. The gym has to walk up a steep slope. The only advantage is that the air conditioning in the room is cool enough.
