If you want to live with worms, book this hotel. I have never seen a hotel with such outrageous hygienic conditions. The bed sheets are full of worms and worm corpses. They even threatened us with a bad attitude if they didn’t have two male friends. Next to me, I feel that the front desk is about to do something, and I will be blacklisted forever

Lovely hotel with a wonderful, large breakfast buffet. Really nice staff and good service. It is a bit on the outskirts, but there is plenty of good food and various things nearby. Quieter on the beach here than further up towards the center - we see that as a plus. The rooms need an update, they are worn, but it is liveable. Good bed and pillow. There is a lot of shade by the pool, so we didn't use it, but it was used by others.

Directly on the beach, more sea is not possible. Super nice, attentive staff. Great pool and sun loungers and parasols were set up on request on the beach. Due to COVID, the facility is not fully occupied and the beach is empty. At breakfast you sit directly on the beach and look at the sea. Massages are available next door or in Chaweng - reachable on foot or by taxi. We had a villa near the pool with a small terrace that was super comfortable to lie on and relax on. The complex is located in a very well-kept tropical garden. There are many birds, squirrels, small frogs and two cats. The water is not deep, ideal for children and non-swimmers or in the pool there is a separate children's pool.

The hotel is good with welcomimg and nice staff. We were in a Thai Style room. The room was comfortable but in need of improvement. The shower looked good, but the water pressure seemed variable making it difficult to control hot and cold and the air conditioning blew directly at the bed making one side feel cold. The location right on the beach is excellent and it is at the quieter end of Chaweng, which was nice.
