We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location, facilities, and services were all top-notch. We were already amazed when we were introduced to the "Chapter" or the Villa area of the hotel. Words could not describe our excitement when we entered the Secret Pool Villa. It was definitely a mesmerizing experience. I always liked to try new hotels but this may be the first hotel that I would return again in the future.
PS: Thank you to the front desk staffs on 11/02/24 who helped to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife. She loved the roses very much.

The room we got was one with an outdoor pool, but there were so many leaves from trees and bugs falling from the trees to the water, so we didn't want to use it. Maybe due to the rainy season, there were lots of bugs that got into the room after a cleaning session due to the staff letting the doors open while cleaning e.g. beetles, and mosquitos. We asked if we could change to a room further down where no trees are hovering over the pool, but we were told they dont have other rooms

The sandy beach was right in front of us, and it also faced Chaweng Road, so it was a great location where we could enjoy the sea and the city. The villa was very quiet and private, and we had a very relaxing time. I would like to use it again if I have a chance. It was the best.

I did it as a pool villa... I saw cockroaches passing by in the pool (on the first day.), so I never went in. And there were a lot of flying insects in the bathroom. The modern interior and service were so nice, but I hope they paid attention to cleanliness.. And the towels are poor.. I'd like to put a lot of towels in first. It was so nice to have the sea right in front. Breakfast was also great.
