The water is very shallow when the tide is low, but you must pay attention to safety! I live in a sea view villa, which is pure Thai style, wooden structure, and relatively primitive, but it is indeed inevitable that there are bugs, small ants and some unknown insects; the hotel facilities are slightly old, the shower head is still broken, and the shower head can't pinch the water pipe; but the house is clean, and the service staff are very good and kind! There are not many types of breakfast, which is enough for people like me who are satisfied with just coffee, and it's not bad. Absolutely loved it! We got an upgrade to Villa and this was a quite an experience. Big bed, bathtub, balcony , peace, all you need. Breakfast was amazing and they provide scooters to rent! If I knew this I would definitely come here earlier! Thanks you!

A very nice resort, the breakfast is very rich and the beach is very beautiful. It is 1.6km from the airport and 2.5km from the city center. If you want to rent a motorcycle, you need to rent it 20 minutes in advance, because this resort does not have its own motorcycles. It is booked with a car rental company. However, the hotel guarantees it, and no passport or deposit is required. The minimum price for renting a motorcycle is 300 baht per day, depending on the model. Depends.

This was my second time coming to this resort and it was as good as I remembered. The villa was well worth the money with an excellent view of the water. I would gladly go back again.

Unfortunately, our start wasn't as desired; they tried to accommodate us in another hotel. Unfortunately, our room (Beach Front Villa) was apparently not available due to renovation.
We looked at the other hotel but it wasn't comparable to the one we booked. Then it was made possible for us to get a villa. Presumably others had to move out, etc. Ultimately, we don't know the reason for this, except that not all of the villas are actually livable. But it can probably still be booked.
The cleanliness of the villas etc is 1-2 stars at the highest.
At the end we were still missing a t-shirt. Unfortunately there was also an expensive branded shirt that could no longer be found after room service. After asking, it could no longer be located. Unfortunately there was no excuse for this.
It's a shame that it didn't turn out as we had hoped. Hope the hotel is working on it.

The room was large, comfortable and super quiet. The sunrise and sunset are super beautiful. The moon is very quiet. The spa environment is first-class. The food is delicious. The swimming pool is huge. Garden, goldfish pond, three cats for breakfast. Fruits in Koh Samui are cheap and fresh. You can pay with Alipay and WeChat at some restaurants in Koh Samui. Excellent service and very friendly. Very clean. my favourite. Boating is also available.

Amazing resort! We stayed for five days with my family. We stayed in two Beachfront Pool Villas and waking up to sunrise, having almost your own private beach, gave a nice sense of tranquility and peace. The resort is amazingly located, not far from the busy area of Chaweng Central. The employees are super friendly and helpful. If I had the time, I would stay longer.
small points of improvement:
- more stable WiFi (but I guess in some other countries we are spoiled)
- variety in breakfast
- more complementary shuttles to Shaweng Central (or other areas)
I would definitely recommend this resort to others.
