Pleasant stay good breakfast selection, hotel is abit dated but sufficient. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Great location short walk to a massive shopping mall and lots of great bars. We went to the Duke a few nights for the live band which were really great and came to talk to us. Would Recommend that.

The hotel is located at Javan Beach. The location is convenient. There are many restaurants around. You can walk to the shopping mall and Java Street in ten minutes, so you don’t have to worry about the lack of entertainment and shopping. The key point is that this hotel has two swimming pools, one near the beach is very beautiful and top-notch, and the other is a straight pool where you can swim and keep fit.

Utilizing outdated photos for a misleading impression is, in my opinion, deceptive. The bathroom is antiquated and in disrepair. Checked in at 13:30, but my room wasn't ready until 15:15. When I requested compensation for the late check-out, the staff's response was that it couldn't be provided, citing a strict policy. The overall price and value do not align fairly.

We took a room with a sea view and were placed with a view of the wall. The hotel is old. The pool is terrible. The beach is good. Everything looks gloomy
