Room is basic like a 3 star hotel. I booked a superior sea view room but there's no sea view at all and my balcony is viewable by people on stairs. My son got a room that had sea view. My son's room is better but my room is disappointing. Breakfast is good with both Asian and western foods. Staff were friendly and greet us when they came across us. Beach is close to rooms and very good with white fine sands. Overall it's at a nice location with nice staff，but the room is not as good as the other two resorts I stayed during this trip.

I liked the hotel. It was only unpleasant when we checked in, because the employee who accompanied us to the room was very impolite and unfriendly. Accompanying us, she said something indistinct in English, I asked again, in response the girl answered something irritably, rudely and sharply grabbed my bag and carried it to the room, we followed her with an unpleasant feeling.. She showed the room with this with a look that made it clear that I was really irritating her. Somehow this is unacceptable...
Then there was no safe in the room, we had to waste time asking for it to be brought. Some of the door latches were broken off. In general, the room is not new, but it’s still nice to be in it. The staff on the beach and at breakfast are friendly. The car drivers who drive around the hotel are also great. We liked the breakfasts. Tasty, quite varied.
The hotel area is large, beautiful, green. The gym is cool.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to Chaweng Center and back, but this was not announced upon arrival. Again, minus the girls at the reception. We need to book the transfer in advance and we were told at 13 that there were no more seats for 19 on the bus. The bus is probably too small.
The beach is excellent, there are always enough sun loungers.
The restaurant on the beach is delicious.
Overall I recommend the hotel.

A wonderful place created for relaxation. Attitude, service, breakfast - everything is top class. The hotel has chic restaurants - no need to worry about where you will have a good lunch, everything has already been brought to you on a platter from a 5-star mishlen chef. Private beach, plenty of space, clean sand and water. Nearby is Silver Beach, good for snorkeling. There are currency exchange offices nearby. Grocery. It was paradise. Thanks everyone.

I like the hotel in all respects. Friendly and helpful staff, secluded beach with clean water, swimming pools, comfortable sun loungers. Beautiful area.. you can walk or use a mini car. There are areas for children. Comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need. Delicious varied breakfasts (a small minus there were no fish dishes, but this is an improvement). Free shuttle to Chaweng. I definitely recommend it. This is our second time staying.
