Nice little hotel right on the southern end of Chaweng beach.

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or ******* and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.

The resort is very beautiful. Good location next to the beach I really like coconut trees. Looking out to sea with coconut trees is extremely beautiful and quiet. Swim in the pool. Shops seem to only open for breakfast. Food is available as you please. Some days you can't choose. Eat as much as you have. Let me deduct the food. Everything else is good and I'm thirsty. I'm hungry and don't know who to order. You have to buy water and food to eat yourself.

I've been living here for 4 days now. The location is super!!! For those looking for a calm, measured holiday - here. I live in a villa overlooking the sea ⛵. Gorgeous view from the terrace and even from the room. Of course it's a little expensive. The hotel is old. They are trying to be seen. Renovations are underway in some of the houses. There is also construction in the neighboring area. A little noisy, but the view of the sea covers everything. Nice pool. Everything is within walking distance, such as cafes, restaurants, many spa salons, exchange offices (not a very favorable rate, the best exchange office is near the entrance to the central beach, blue), breakfasts and the menu in the restaurant is not large, but you can choose if you don’t want to go out in the heat outside. The room is clean and cleaned. Nearby there is a super market and a fruit stand!!! The beach is gorgeous, there are no people, it’s calm. I recommend!!! There are also inexpensive rooms and villas with garden views.

The accommodation is close to everything. Can walk straight away There are complete facilities, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Prepare a spray too.

Well as we have been living in samui for a month at least we have been in many hotels. But this one is one of the best Hotel around samui (esp in Chaweng beach). All conditions satisfied us. Bungalows and rooms all together were clean Location is absolutely amazing if you want to relax on beach, you need just walk a couple of step and then you are on a beach. Actually the staff who’s working here is absolutely understandable persons and lovely. Pleasantly to speak with them. Swimming pool is clean as my body and you can watching out towards the ocean and relax. Overall, this is a best hotel that we’ve even visited in Thailand especially in samui island. I would strongly recommend you guys to visit this amazing hotel. All conditions to you with a lovely staff. Thank youuu

Gorgeous part of the beach away from all the crowds but with enough services right on the doorstep to keep one comfortable. They messed up my booking so beware that they tend towards communication issues. Wifi wasn’t good but functioned for simple things. The bungalows are older but nice and the AC works well.

Amazing pool and beach area which was always quiet which we loved. The staff were very friendly and happy to help, booked us a taxi to the airport and let us check out late. The bungalow was a bit basic inside but perfect for just sleeping in. Only downside was the lack of staff around the pool bar however we didn’t mind :) great for a budget hotel on the beach

Amazing location, peaceful but right on the beach, very clean, stunning jungle like outdoors, lovely bungalows, amazing stuff, great breakfast and clean pool. What more can you wish for?! 6 of us checked in to 3 bungalows and loved our stay there for 2 weeks. It was close to everything walking distance and travel agent booked us trips all around the island and surrounding islands including elephant trekking, waterfalls, snorkeling trips and pig island. Rooms were cleaned daily and everything smelled so clean and fresh. It was older resort so few things could do with updating but our whole stay you could see stuff updating and renovating various areas so they were on top of it. Couldn't fault it there just lovely. They even provide you with umbrellas when it rains... Stuff went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Felt like home away from home which was especially handy as it was just before Christmas day. Highly recommend this place! True gem! Would return any day!

This place was magical; I stayed in Bungalow A6, which is their best bungalow as it's right on the beach. Breakfast was amazing, bungalow rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a late checkout, and they did not charge me for the room

When we parked the scooter, we were intercepted in front of the hotel by a very unfriendly member of staff. When we asked for price information for September, we were told, without asking for the date, that the hotel was fully booked in September. Later we saw on Google that there were still rooms available. We were not allowed to look at the hotel either and we had to remove the scooter from the huge, empty parking lot. Unfortunately, this is an impertinent and unfriendly way of dealing with potential guests. As we drove away, we saw a large construction site right next door. The neighboring hotels, which seemed even more modern and newer, gave us a friendlier welcome and price information was no problem at all.

It is not easy to find a beach hotel on Koh Samui without noise and loud music at the beach bar. We searched for a long time and found one. The bungalows are located in a well-kept tropical garden directly on Chaweng Beach. This is the right place for those seeking peace and quiet and for long-term vacationers. The bungalows are built in Thai style, have very comfortable large beds and everything you need on vacation. Coffee, sugar, cream and drinking water are refilled every day. Clean towels and beach towels as well. The daily cleaning keeps the rooms clean. The gardener looks after the garden, sun loungers and the cleanliness around the pool and on the beach. There are always enough sun loungers for all guests. The manager Toy controls everything. She also takes care of breakfast, lunch and has a kind word and smile for every guest. The beach is beautiful, with crystal clear water, also suitable for non-swimmers. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores in the area. In any case, we have found our regular hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights just after the pandemic, not many people, no luxuries but decent. The hotel is probably run by a family, because at the reception there is a grandmother and probably a mother and her daughter. We returned in January. As if to another place. We almost suffocated in the bungalow from the stench. In the bathroom, the remnants of someone's hair on the tap in the shower were easy to throw up on. Unfortunately, it was already late to evacuate. We just went to buy air fresheners, they honestly didn't help much. The next day we escaped from this mess with great relief. We travel a lot around Thailand. We sleep in different places. We know what the standards are here. We don't mind cracked tiles or a gecko in the room, but the smell, dirt and blood-spattered curtains are probably beyond anyone's sensitivity. I do not recommend and warn against this place!!!!
