It's nice quiet but the beach here u can't be in water. Spa is excellent so if you aim to lounge around the pool just chilling this is the one. Breakfast is so so

Front desk staff gave me false information for reservation change which costed loss in finance and complicated the situation! She basically agreed with all then denied what she agreed! Very disappointing and upsetting! Food on the other brand is delicious and healthy in its restaurant!

Wonderful place! We stayed in the oceanfront villa and it was wonderful. Near the property you can easily rent scooters and/or motorbikes, so very “easy”…to get around the island

Good accommodation right on the beach, beautiful, clean, good and delicious breakfast, good service from the staff.

Very nice facility, located at the end of Lamai beach. The location is very quiet and is ideal for those seeking a little relaxation. We stayed in a direct pool room and it was very clean. Very soft sheets, a peculiarity of the structure is that they have eliminated the plastic. The spa is very well cared for, I had a really rejuvenating Thai massage. But the choice was really very large. The breakfast is very good, but not very customizable (they offer a choice of menu with American, international and Thai breakfast). The staff was really helpful in solving our every need. It is also possible, using a transfer service, to reach the other structure, located in the internal part of Lamai. Really recommended!

Really sucks! After Fengchen rushed to the hotel, there were obviously three people at the front desk of the hotel. After we said that we wanted to check in, the front desk kept calling and waiting. There were obviously two front desks sitting beside us in a daze, so we just waited there... this It’s just that the hotel staff have a weak sense of service. The worst thing is that they didn’t clean up. Because the hygiene was very poor the first day, we hung a sign in the room asking for cleaning and left a tip on the table, hoping to make it clean. The result Went out one night and came back to the room stunned. . Not only is the soft service poor, but the hardware facilities are also dilapidated, especially the sink, which is equipped with a gaudy plate-like sink, and the water splashes everywhere when you use water, and you don’t dare to spit foam when you brush your teeth because You will get it on your body when you come out, not to mention how disgusting it is. Besides, the floor of the room is very sandy, the air conditioner is not cooling on the first night, the room does not have a remote control for the air conditioner, and there is no one at the front desk when you go out. Sleeping soundly at the door, just waiting for dawn in the heat! The worst thing is that they don't clean up and don't admit it, saying that they came in the morning to see that someone is in the house. What is the reason for this? It means that he came here anyway, so it’s not his fault if he doesn’t do hygiene? You still need big-name chains to stay in hotels in Thailand, so don’t come to this kind of local B&Bs! Environment: The hotel is small and pitiful, there is no night market around

Stayed in this hotel for a while in Koh Samui. This hotel is not too big in Koh Samui, but it is a small but very delicate one! Very design sense, the design of the swimming pool is amazing to me, the price is high, the hotel is easy to find on the main road of Koh Samui

When my husband and I booked the resort and "Change your life" fruit detox we had no idea we would literally have our lives changed. We left feeling like family. Patrick is amazing and helpful. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable. We will be forever grateful for his guidance and mentoring. Coaching - Patrick is more like a guidance counselor. He treats you like grown ups, expecting you to be self motived. He is not going to pop up at the end of your bed with a whistle. He is an advisor not a baby sitter. He gives you a timed guide for you to follow. It is up to you to follow it. Rooms - Small but clean. Toilet in the shower, which is odd but meh. We stayed at the Village which we liked the privacy. Village vs Beach - All the activities are at the beach but and there are only so many shuttles a day so most of the time we took a cab or walked but honestly we ended up finding a private driver. Ask reception, they may refer. Ask for Jess and Chris from Alaska's girl .. lol. She has a nice pathfinder and we didn't feel like we were gonna die... Lol. We definitely preferred the privacy of the village. Pool was lovely,always empty and so was restaurant. Lovely nightly swim before dinner. Spa massage - Best I ever had. These ladies are experienced pros. Jin and Nok are amazing. When I hurt my back, Jin used a Thai ointment that saved me. The room was lovely and air conditioned and my husband and I had our massages together. It was fantastic. These woman became our Thai Moms and we left feeling absolutely amazing. Bee, Tawan, Nok, Koi, all my Lovies! We miss you all terribly! We stayed at another resort that was perfect and honestly hated it.... If you want perfect, it's not perfect...but it absolutely was perfect for us and we will be back! Thank you, Patrick and Team!!!

This is my 4th time at the Spa resort and my first time at the Beach, before I was at the Village. I go there for the Detox program and it is by far the best detox place I have experienced. Extremely effective and a great way do do once a year,, clean your body out. After the program I spend 2 days to eat the delicious and healthy food from the Radiance restaurant program I have They have done some major renovation and the the rooms looks very nice. Service excellent and staff very friendly Recommend this to everyone that is looking for a good detox program - of if you are looking for a place to have very healthy food. Will for sure go again, hopefully every year from now one

The most fantastic start to our time in Samui and our favourite place as well. We stayed at the beach resort and loved our time here. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing few days with daily yoga, the best food we’ve had on the island (endless veggie options and the most incredible juice blends - I LOVED the cayenne cooler and smoothies) the best value we’ve had on the island as well. Absolutely unbeatable and we will definitely be back when we’re next in Koh Samui. The attention to details makes it such a peaceful and tranquil hotel/resort. The staff are absolutely incredible and a big asset in contributing to the restorative and rejuvenating atmosphere. High recommend to everyone and especially those who want an escape with great connections to the rest of the island and local amenities. We were looking to cancel our next hotels and stay longer but for good reason the resort was booked up. I would guess there’s a max of 20-30 rooms which makes it a wonderful intimate stay with staff knowing your regular orders from the second day My only recommendations to the hotel/resort would be to play the relaxing breakfast music all day instead of switching to light pop in the restaurant and to make it an adults only stay which I feel is more in keeping with the ethos of the resort. (We were surprised to find a couple of families staying and it would’ve been even better to not have any children in a relaxing resort)

Nice Resort, however didn't realise prior that the spa element/ Detox meant what it said. We figured it was a spa hotel rather than a detox/ Cleansing experience. However, food was still good- could have limited options also had beer which was a bonus for us not on a detox. Rooms were nice, although could be noisy at night as close to the road depending on room location, we were in the main block upstairs. Pool was nice with comfy sun loungers, and right on the beach so could wonder straight from hotel. About 15 minutes from the pier, and 20- 30 minutes to Fishermans Villages. Had a 7/11 2 minute walk away, and a nice breakfast place "Toast" Almost directly opposite for a more of English/ American food vibe.

As a female travelling solo and undertaking a fasting detox, it was important that I felt safe & secure and supported in my journey. From the moment I arrived I knew I had made the right decision. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the pool, restaurant, gym and spa are all excellent. Spa Samui has a highly qualified and knowledgeable naturopath who, from the first day, was an excellent support to those doing the fast/detox.
