A very new hotel 15 min from the airport. Generally good room although a bit warm. The shuttle bus to airport is as shown below. However the attitude of the bus driver leaves a bad taste

we booked the hotel for its easy access to the airport. takes exactly 15 mins door to door by taxi. they have free shuttle which starts around 6 am and goes very frequently. we needed an earlier departure, so hotel helped to book a taxi. the check in was very slow at 9pm, ladies at the lobby seemed to be quite new to the job, but still very polite. the room was as described and had a balcony. a bit weird to have a transparent door to the toilet. room and bathroom feel new and clean great bed, walk in closet. there was nothing open at 5 am to get a coffee. the hotel is at a very remote area. overall very satisfied, but the hotel could have offered some 24/7 light breakfast options . it could benefit from 24/7 spa as well.

Conveniently located for airport. Facilities are very modern, large gym and decent sized pool.

Nice rooms and amenities. Staff were helpful in booking a taxi outside of their free shuttle hours.

Poor Location, you can never get to the correct location by Maps, it will always take you to Qube Hotel. The breakfast was not good, although the Buffet spread was good. Sorry, I might be wrong, but for me was not at all 5 star standard. I chose this as I needed to stay near the airport, but then it’s better to choose a 4 star which is more frequently visited by travellers than this hotel..

There is nothing in the area. Just a complex of 3 hotels. Nearest supermarket is 5km away. Absolutely nothing to do. Food also not much choice.

Not to recommend for stay colse to airport before flight in the morning. English speaking staff is nearly not exsisting and big costruction close by the Hotel that create a lot of noise. Nothing aroun d the Hotel

My fiancé and I use this hotel frequently when we are flying abroad. It is so conveniently located, with only 10 minutes worth of a DiDi/ taxi ride away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We always feel so relaxed after staying at this hotel. The service is really amazing, the staff are friendly and our favourite part of this hotel is how well they treat all the animals they look after.

The service is quite slow as the staff seems not familiar with the process of checking in. Not many tourists but the location is quite good, 15 mins from the airport
