At arrival we felt that the staff was surprised that we arrived. Even though it was not early but about 5pm. Parking was under some painting, so we had to park in the corner and there was no ramp for luggage but stairs. Passing through a restaurant, there was a reception and we got into our villa that was made of 2 interconnected rooms and 1 small terrace on ground floor. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was not a big buffet but nice fruits and quality omelette were worth the money. The location was disappointing as we didn’t realize that you can not walk to the beach and neither to the city. There are no shops or anything at all. It’s on top of a hill, so no walking. There weren’t many guests, so it was quiete. Overall for a few nights was ok since we had a car. However at checkout I was given one bill but when the owner saw my credit card, she printed another bill with 3% extra. Even though I explained that on *********** is not mentioned about the 3% charge, she just played as she cannot charge my card on booking (same card). Because I felt like not doing problems in front of other guests, I paid. She made me sign the bill as well. I contacted *********** and after they contacted the property, they got back to me that the owner rejected to return the 3%.
