A hidden gem on the island. Together with 10 villas on site, everything is great, friendly staff, peaceful, good location in Lamai where you are not in the middle of the loudness but with short drive you can go to local shops and cafes etc. Price is reasonable, staff are like a family on site, very friendly.

The place itself is great and Lada is an angel! However management is unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. We rented for 6 months with full advance payment for entire stay. When we moved in we had 90% of the beddings, kitchen items, and etc removed as we had our own. A month before our rental ended, we asked for a set of bedding sheets. Keep in mind we suppose to have three but had them take out two! Management said, nope not in your contract we need sheets for other guest as we running low. So if you do stay here, just keep in mind to think twice about what you want in the villa. Upon check out she says her TV is broken and that it was checked before we moved in by the maids. When we moved in it was a mess! AC was broken, shower was broken, and even the fridge! We didn't get our deposit back! If you looking for a nice place we recommend. If you looking for a nice place and good management without problems during your stay, this is not the place! Other than that gardener is soooooo friendly, he helped us find our turtle with the engineer.

We had reserved a villa for a week with 6 people. Upon arrival we were assigned villa number 10. What a disappointment for so much money. It was faded glory, dirty toilet seats, kitchen was not clean and in disrepair. There was a dining area for 4 people and 2 sunbeds by the pool while we were 6 people. We immediately complained to the manager. He would arrange some extra chairs. He indicated that the house is private property and the owner is aware of the defects. They would clean while we went to the beach. We ended up using *********** because we made a reservation through them. *********** has contacted the property manager. We received a full refund and booked another accommodation for that week.
