服務很差，check in全程沒有微笑，好像看不見客人一樣，然後明明攜程訂好了，還跟不知道一樣要收房費，好的我們以為是按金，後來仔細一問跟他説了我們已經付過了，他查不到！無語。然後房間，雖然是帳篷但是很小根本沒有44平，頂多室內38，室外温度那麼高根本不能用，廁所淋浴在室外熱的要死！晚上帳篷的防蚊系統做的很差，被叮了十幾個包！衹能説1600多一晚真的不值這個價！ 八百封頂了！就這條件環境！ 另外早餐我們是加了兩份早餐，結果你進去發現單點都比你家兩份早餐便宜！瞬間感覺被坑啊！而且早餐巨難吃，根本沒有自助，就給你放了兩種水果，下次不會來了，也就衹能體會下帳篷的新鮮感，熱到爆炸！

Wir haben die Poolvilla direkt über die Seite des Hotels gebucht und haben nach mehreren Tagen keine Bestätigung bekommen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Email sollten wir dann so schnell es geht das Geld über die Wise-App überweisen, was wir auch taten. Nach dieser Überweisung teilte das Hotel uns dann mit, dass wir zusätzlich noch über 2100€ als Kaution überweisen sollen (die Villa an sich kostete ca. 1800€), worüber wir im Vorhinein nie informiert wurden. Nach Nachfrage, wie diese hohe Kaution zu Stande käme, wurde sie dann plötzlich gestrichen und wir sollten noch zusätzlich ohne Aufpreis für die vollen 14 Tage Essen und Massagen erhalten. Da uns das unseriös vorkam, haben wir uns entschlossen die Buchung zu stornieren. Nach über drei Wochen und mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhielten wir unser Geld immer noch nicht zurück, sollten dann aber für die Überweisung eine Gebühr von über 630€ zahlen, da es eine Auslandsüberweisung sei. Das alles kam uns sehr unseriös und wie eine Abzocke vor, daher Vorsicht!!

What a lovely place ! We stayed in a tented villa with 2 bedrooms. Beautifully decorated, all the toiletries available, lots of closet space. The bathroom is outside and its a whole other experience to shower under a full moon ! A short walk to the beach where u find bars, massage places and aquatic activities shops. There is a restaurant on the premises which makes it very convenient when you just wanna grab a quick bite ! The pool is lovely and the water is refreshing ! Careful though with the AC :) . It is right above the headrest and quite strong so for sensitive people it might be a challenge .

Wir waren in 2024 zum dritten Mal im Khwan Beach Resort (dieses Jahr für 6 Nächte) und es war wieder genauso fantastisch, wie die Jahre zuvor. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, von der Rezeption über die vielen fleißigen Mitarbeiter, die die Anlage in Schuß und sauber halten bis hin zu den Zimmermädchen und -jungs - man fühlt sich stets willkommen und umsorgt. Das Adults Only Resort mit den Tented Villas und den "normalen" Pool Villas, die alle mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig - man kann hier wirklich toll entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir in unserem im dritten Jahr die ausgezeichnete Küche des Restaurants PASSA (siehe hierzu auch das eigene Review).Man aknn es sich hier kulianrisch so richtig gut gehen lassen - findet man in dieser Form nicht sehr oft in Thailand. Die Preise sind sowohl für die Tented Villas sind fair für die exzellente Leistung, die man hier geboten bekommt. In der Nähe findet sich ein 7Eleven und auch eine Laundry ist nur wenige Meter vom Khwan Beach Resort entfernt. Wir kommen ganz sicher auch ein viertes Mal wieder hierher zurück. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ganz besonders liebe Grüße an Khun Patrick - die Zeit im Khwan Beach Resort war traumhaft! Vanessa & Michael

We spent 11 nights at the resort & loved it, Khwan Beach gives a different meaning to camping. The tents were perfect.The beds were very comfy and there was the added bonus of your own private garden with sun beds.The pool area was quiet & relaxing.The manager Antoine & staff were excellent,very friendly, efficient & attended to any issues immediately.The only down side was the restaurant Passa, which is run independently to the accommodation.The nightly live music in the restaurant is loud & amateurish which meant we ate out every night except for one.When the restaurant owners were there the service was good & they were very helpful, but when they left, it was a different story. Breakfast service was slow & you didn’t know how it was going to turn up. That said there are lots of good eating places close by. Have to give a mention to Kuri & Emma who were working at night.They were good fun & always happy.

This place was a complete let down. The tented "villa" was mouldy, the sheets on the bed did not feel clean (which led to me developing a terrible rash as a result), the mosquitos nets didn't close around the bed, and worst of all there was only a hedge between our tent & the road so we couldn't sleep for the three nights we were there. We'd been booked for 5 nights but ended up having to get a new hotel just so that we could sleep and recover from this one. Honestly, this "resort" completely soured me on Koh Samui as a destination.

Le concept de ces tentes de luxe nous avait attiré. Effectivement au premiers coups d’œil cela nous a plu. La douche extérieure fût très agréable. La décoration intérieure est belle. Ceci dit, on s’aperçoit vite qu’il manque une maintenance sérieuse et un entretien sérieux, tout semble très mal vieillir. A la tombée de la nuit, l’éclairage est insuffisant. La climatisation est trop faible pour avoir une ambiance agréable. Le restaurant propose des tarifs trop élevés par rapport à ce qu’on trouve pas loin, même pour le petit-déjeuner on a évité. Pareil pour la piscine; pas très propre. Sur 4 jours, la cascade n’a fonctionné qu’une fois. Le personnel était très agréable et souriant. Globe-trotters pour une étoile
