Honeymoon trip to Koh Samui @ Wild Cottage Villa was absolutely amazing! The view from the room was especially stunning. The room was spacious, cosy and very comfortable. The staff and everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. Will definitely visit again someday.

Das man in Thailand freundlich empfangen wir, wissen wir mittlerweile, aber hier wurde die Gastfreundlichkeit nochmals getoppt. Das gesamte Personal ist extremst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hinzu kommen herrliche Häuser mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und auf dem Weg dahin gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Alles einfach nur schön!

Perfect stay at wild cottages, they try to make every wish come true! They organize everything you want! The room Guapa was very nice! Breakfast in the room is incredible, the room itself is very clean, wonderful and with a lot of love to details! We would love to come again!

Nous venons de passer 10 jours dans la Paloma, une merveille. Une vue, un cadre, une villa exceptionnels. Le personnel est charmant, souriant, professionnel et bienveillant. Un grand merci à Nathalie et à toute son équipe qui ont fait de notre séjour un havre de paix, de douceur et de sérénité. Nous repartons complètement ressourcés et enchantés de ce lieu magique et de cet humble pays aux belles leçons de Vie.

This was the highlight of our trip in Koh Samui. The most peaceful, tranquil and magical place with the wildness and freedom for the family of elephants. The service was five star, the food was five star, Simon the owner was lovely, they allowed us to see a room which was beautiful and perfect for a special occasion. Highly recommend you visit and stay here.

Such a beautiful property, relaxed from time of check in until leaving. Yes, there are steps up to the property but it’s well worth it and I needed to lose a few pounds anyway 😊 . Nothing was too much trouble we rented motorbike easily and arranged a couple of in room breakfasts as well as food from in room menu which was all amazing! We had a lot of rain on our second visit but still got out and about in the pool or out on trips around the island . This place is amazing, stay and be self contained or get out and about the choice is yours, staff are very friendly and helpful. We had such a great time we stayed on three separate occasions as other resorts were nowhere near as good. All staff were great- keep up the good work and hope to see you all soon. Maybe even stay in property at elephant sanctuary when it opens .

I can only assume where all the 5-star reviews here on TripAdvisor came from – they fooled me and in retrospective these reviews look a bit fishy / like favors from friends and employees (e.g., many reviews created during COVID lockdown in Thailand, reviewers praising the hard work of the owners, mention all the different available rooms). Our reality was different – the rooms look very nice on the Instagram style pictures on the booking platforms, but in reality not so much. The room is small and without much decoration, at night you have plenty of insects in the room, the bed is old/low quality and very soft, one small and loud air conditioning unit in the room that is not strong enough for the room size, kitchen area is a bit shabby, barking dogs at night in front of the rooms, location on a steep hill far away from restaurants and the beach. When checking out you will be charged for electricity – however, they do not show you the meter when checking in and therefore the charged amount is quite random. Overall, we found the accommodation overpriced – you will find real 5-star hotels for lower price in Thailand Koh Samui

Take the many good reviews with a grain of salt - they fooled me and in retrospective these reviews look fishy and a bit like favors from friends, paid influencers, and employees (e.g., many reviews created during COVID lockdown in Thailand, reviewers posting lots of professional pictures of the rooms and amenities, reviewers discussing the positive aspects of multiple available rooms – in hindsight the reviews read more like advertising than a real reviews…) Be careful and make your own decision based on multiple sources Our experience was mixed: villa is ok but not super great, location on a steep hill far away from restaurants and the beach. It’s not a hotel but just villas that are rented out, so the service is not like in a real hotel. It’s ok if you spend 100$ per night but 200$+ that the rooms cost right now is way too high. You will find cheaper and better places (real 5* hotels from international brands directly at the beach) for this price in Samui

Exemplary in terms of accommodation and assistance. Outstanding service whenever needed. Staff were all professional and friendly that clearly defines the country's land of smile. Quick response to issues that might be encountered along the way. No hassle for asking some help when it comes to booking other services such as motorcycle rental, massage etc. Pierre was very approachable and he made sure that all of our needs were met. The Villa itself was way better than we expect. Amazing view, literally paradise on earth. Easy access to grocery and other shops. 10 to 15 mins walking distance. Amenities are amazing from a simple toaster down to oven and coffee maker. You wouldn't need anything else if you love cooking your own meal like we do. When it comes to cleanliness, you wouldn't ask for more! Staff comes everyday to clean your villa. And in other terms, it is worth every penny that you paid for it. With all honesty I really wanted to extend my stay for another week or so however they were fully booked for the next couple of weeks which didn't surprise me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone that love quality service and best accommodation. We will book here again for sure!
