We rented 2 One-Bedroom-Bungalows for 3 nights. We liked: - renovated bed/living room with new furniture - 20 m from beach, which was perfect for swimming - beach seats with umbrella - very quite and relaxing area - very polite and friendly staff - directly next door is a yoga and sports location Fitkoh We did not like: - They demanded a deposit of 300 USD in cash for the stay, which was not announced in advance and I did not have with me. During my visits in Thailand, I was never asked for something like that somewhere else. - no housekeeping during our stay

Все написанное об этом месте мягко говоря не соответствует истине. А именно: большой бассейн приведенный на фото принадлежит другому отелю и пользоваться было им нельзя! Ресторан перестроили, теперь это вилла. Пляж с лежаками возможен только при большом отливе. Дорога до пляжа около километра и очень плохого качества.

This is our second stay at Ban Thai and we didn't think it could get better. We stayed in Villa Calibri and it was total class. The staff are all very attentive and very helpful. We can't wait to book our next Christmas stay. Thank you Ban Thai

Amazing vacations on Ban Tai Beach! I was renting one of the villas and had a great time there. Just a few minutes walking to the beach and one minute to the Koh Samui main road. The location is perfect, calm, beautiful and close to everything. Honestly recommend it to Everyone!

We had booked this place thinking it would be a nice relaxing holiday. We arrived by taxi to find out the place was situated in the middle of nowhere after driving down a dirt track to get there. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YO ACTUALLY LEAVE THE VILLA AS IT IS VERY REMOTE
