We've already stayed at the Lamai Coconut Hotel twice, and both times we really enjoyed it. The staff is very polite, they always smile and respond to all requests. Location in the center of Lamai, gorgeous sand and azure sea. Lots of regular vacationers.
What needs to be fixed is smoking in all places, at breakfast, on the beach, on balconies. Designate separate smoking areas.

The Hawaiian Beach location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very luxurious. When I asked to borrow a mini bike, he told me that he was worried about me as I am very short and that he would hold the tour instead. All the shortcomings are covered by the beach, excellent location on the shore, there were plenty of sun loungers and they are free, the water is clean, the only thing is the constant hum of scooters, as there are two rental points nearby. But an inexpensive massage is a meter away from the sunbeds; diligent, pleasant Thai women manage to accommodate everyone. The hotel is tired, but the proximity to the water and to the street with everything you need makes up for it. The room is large, but everything (especially in the bathroom) requires either replacement or repair. The cleaning is normal, the breakfast is not worth the money, it was disappointing, it is better to go to neighboring cafes. The bungalows are indeed small and dark, we were happy that we took a room in the building, lived on the first floor with a balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, refrigerator - everything was available. The pool is small, but quite good, sun loungers with umbrellas, there were few guests, no one bothered anyone.

Nice resort with a large spacious rooms and bathrooms that actually feature a bathtub. Located just off the main ring road at Lammai Beach, there are plenty of attractions nearby and lots of restaurants to pick and choose- something different every night!
The pool has a warerfall feature and there is access to the beachfront through the restaurant. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, rental of scooters or laundry at your request.
Will gladly stay here again.

Honestly, a great stay… if you want to complain here now…. Stay at home and check on yourself first.
