The place was lovely. A 5x3 meter pool and a very nice outdoor space. We loved every day in the villa. The cleaning lady was always happy and smiling. I don´t think it had beed used for a while before we mooved in, because the water coming out of the water tap was red when we opened the first day and only one of them was working. The water kept smelling rusty for all 3 weeks we stayed there. But my husbond fixed the taps that was broken, so everything was fine afterwords (except the smell). Also the cabins in the kictchen smelled muldy, but maybe it is because it is an outdoor kitchen. The reception was not 5 stars. It says that it is open from 9-19 and yes, the door is open. But the reception is empty. If you want in contact with the lady who is supposed to be there, you have to write to her. And then it takes ½-1 day befor she answers. She also forgot to inform us that there was a full day whitout power, so when we got out of bed in the morning, the AC, shower and toilet was not working. If we had known that, we would have got out of bed earlier. When we arrived in the airport the hotel taxidriver was no where to be found. We called the hotel and they asked us to take a taxi and they would refound the taxibill. We gave them the bill, but never got the refound. We thaught we would get it at checkout..... But again... the reception was empty when we left. So... The place is awsome and beautifull, as long as you dont have to use the frontdisk for help.

Terribile ed inquietante esperienza in un posto pulito solo in apparenza. Mi sono ritrovato escrementi di topo in bicchieri, piatti e stoviglie. Ho fatto presente la situazione allo staff che mi ha risposto a malapena e con totale disinteresse. Sono letteralmente scappato da questo posto, perchè ho iniziato a stare molto male fisicamente. Ho dovuto fare rientro nella mio paese per ricevere delle cure. I sintomi durano ancora adesso... Mettetevi una mano sulla coscienza.

Un incubo: qui ho contratto la salmonella e siamo dovuti rientrare in Italia nel giro di una settimana, quando avevo prenotato un viaggio di due mesi. State molto attenti alla scarsissima igiene di questo posto, mascherata da lusso ed eleganza. Due ore dopo il check in, quando la casa avrebbe dovuto essere stat pulita in maniera impeccabile, ci mettiamo a cucinare. A metà pasto, ci accorgiamo che il piano cucina è pieno di escrementi di topo. Buttiamo istantaneamente il cibo ed allerto il personale di quanto accaduto: si limitano a scusarsi via whatsapp, nessuno viene a scusarsi di persona e non mandano nessuno a pulire. Il primo giorno di vacanza, lo passiamo quindi a pulire la casa da cima a fondo, con tanto di disinfettante. Dal giorno successivo iniziamo ad avere sintomi preoccupanti. Nel giro di una settimana, prendiamo un aereo per rientrare nel nostro paese. Allerto il manager della situazione: chiedo cortesemente un rimborso, fornendo la documentazione medica a supporto. Sottolineo che avrei voluto parlare in videochiamata con un loro superiore o il loro ufficio legale, ma ignorano ogni mia richiesta, rispondendomi su whatsapp molto raramente. Dopo svariati giorni, mi liquidano con uno screenshot della mail di un manager che non si è nemmeno firmato, e che poteva essere stato scritto da chiunque. Il testo diceva che non ci avrebbero rimborsati perchè la documentazione medica era scritta in italiano (cosa scontata, essendo io noi in Italia, il mio medico scrive in Italiano). Con infinita pazienza, chiedo nuovamente di poter parlare con chi di competenza per poter fornire documentazione in lingua e modalità conformi per poter ricevere rimborso. Mi mostro quindi disponibile a fornire anche ulteriore documentazione contenente i nostri dati sensibili, quali i risultati delle analisi fatte. Da lì, non ottengo mai più risposte. Rimango fortemente sconvolta dalla mancanza prima di tutto di umanità dello staff, secondo poi di professionalità. Non ultimo, il fatto che abbiamo passato le nostre vacanze nel nostro Paese, in terribili condizioni di salute. State davvero attenti a questo posto

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property was beautiful and extremely private. We absolutely loved our stay. The private pool, view and decor was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ms. Ai was very helpful with booking ferries, organizing cleaning, assisting in motorcycle rentals and providing tips for our exploration of the islands. For this price, this accommodation is a steal! Best value I’ve had so far in Thailand. We hope to stay here again. Only downside is that it is not really walking distance from very much. I would highly suggest hiring a bike if you stay here.

This property fell a long way short of what is promised on the web listing. Dirty, plumbing diabolical, shuttle to the beach did not exist, housekeeping only twice a week poor standard of cleaning by staff who were indifferent, pool only cleaned twice in four weeks. Location was poor up very steep hills. Manager helpful when there which was very infrequent. When we arrived there was no fridge, quickly provided, hot water heater broken had to be replaced. Big problem with mosquitoes, flying ants and grass hoppers. Bed linen and towels stained and dirty even after being replaced. Bare minimum of crockery for two people, some missing. Only redeeming feature was that the internet was good but it is in most places in Thailand. We would not recommend this property under any circumstances and regret our choice.
