Very nice hotel.
The pros: very clean, nice room, great breakfast and very nice beach.
The minuses: an incredible crowd, swimming pool full of children jumping and screaming, a specific category of tourists who are very very noisy at breakfast and at the swimming pool who do not respect the hotel staff, it is a very shame.
It is more of a family hotel than a quiet and romantic hotel for couples.

We really enjoyed the Meliá Resort. The service is high and nothing is too much. The resort and rooms are clean. Very extensive breakfast buffet, which is constantly replenished.
It is located in a pleasant street, with some restaurants & massage salons.
You can reach Chaweng and Fisherman Village in 10 minutes by taxi! Plenty of taxis in the street at the Melia resort!
Only downside; Many guests lay down towels at the pool & beach. Fortunately, the staff keeps a close eye on this. Melia resort should purchase more beach beds & umbrellas.
Employee Baw in particular is a really great host at the pool & beach! He makes sure you don't miss anything!

The environment is very beautiful! The service staff are very good and can help solve any problems. The view of the room is also very beautiful. It has a swimming pool. I highly recommend everyone to stay there.
