I spent 2 nights at the hotel without any worries, it is a very well located hotel at the age of Chaweng directly on the beach and in the quietest and most beautiful part of this large beach On the other hand, this hotel is very dated, nothing has been done for 30 years it seems to me It's too bad Plus the service is lousy

Wonderful hotel. Very welcoming. Room is neat and service is great. Tasty food and the smoothies are exquisite. Located on a beautiful beach.

Wonderfully and quietly located, yet you can quickly reach the places with the vibrant nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Room Layout, Nearby Shops, Room Size, Safety, Bed Comfort Level, Natural Light in the Room; This hotel is too bad, it's a complete deception, the room and the photos don't match at all, I don't want to stay and I don't give a refund. I asked the front desk of the hotel to find the boss. I haven't seen any reply in the past 3 days. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers in the room. There is no swimming pool in the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very awkward. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life. I hope that friends who travel in the future will not be fooled again. Its very back experience with this stupid hotel. The real situation is much much different and worsr from the photoes they showed on the web. I tried to cancel or check out earlier than due date but fail because the reception said need hotel Boss agree. I wanted to contact to their boss but they have no phone number of their boss only email which I send but hadn't got any reply so far. Further more the room no tooth brush or tooth paste no bedroom sliper. The reception closed at 8 pm , if you need anything cannot find people. This is really the worst hotel experience in my life. Please be remined to avoid bad experience as me.

Friendly staff, good breakfast (own pot of coffee) enjoyed by the sea. Big rooms. The hotel is no longer the newest, but everything still works well. From the terrace maybe 30 meters to the sea. A canoe can be borrowed at the hotel. Directly opposite is a bar/restaurant.

We stayed from 02/19 to 02/28 When we arrived the receptionist did not speak English The sheets were stained as were the beach towels I left my professional card and asked that the manager contact me nothing he saw apparently Bangkok apart from now a campaign its my own site no word of apology or a telephone Order your breakfast in the morning Is a sinecure we never bring you what you ask the dialogue is difficult The bathroom was damaged The maintenance is non-existent it is a shame because this hotel would have an old-fashioned charm The staff takes bribes from the Russians who occupy the deckchairs without being at the hotel The beach is dangerous for children in this place 5 drownings the day before our departure Some days the smell is execrable and the green foam sea in front of the hotel because 150 m on the right towards the fishermen's boats the chaweng sewers empty In short two by the lack of management and the possible absence of dialogue It is not by carrying out a smear campaign with your friends on my establishment that you will improve the quality of your establishment! This property was the last one on our honeymoon in Thailand. I'll start by saying that if you're looking for luxury or five-star service, change hotels. In this structure there is friendliness and a lot of letting people live experiences with nature. Service a little rough but overall fair given the quality of the hotel. I had room 1 with sea view, which overall is an excellent compromise, given that every time we walked down to the beach and went up to the room without difficulty. Some communication problems since not everyone speaks English, but in the end I really recommend it to those who want to live a more "wild" experience. Kind regards to everyone
