The first time I checked in was in 2022. It was decorated in Thai style. The room was very clean and the staff had excellent service! But I stayed here again in 2024 and was very disappointed!  The decoration has been changed to Chinese style instead of Thai style. There are many insects on the countertop in the room. The sheets are torn and stained. There are also many mosquitoes and you need to light mosquito coils. There is no water barrier in the bathroom. It is very slippery and the air conditioning is insufficient. It is always 32 degrees! Breakfast is not a buffet, it’s the same breakfast every day!

Excellent, new hotel! I first booked for a day and then stayed until the end of my stay in Koh Samui!
gorgeous green area, stylish room, swimming pool overlooking the sea. The sea is shallow, but in the morning I swam in front of the hotel.
But the most important advantage is the events and practices that take place here every day! Thanks to Alice, who conducted the “chanting of mantras”, I decided to stay only in this hotel

It used to be a wellness resort - please change the description on Trip.com, it's a run-down hotel.
The renovation is going very slowly... the beach in front of the door is a mess.
The pool should make up for that... the pool is always as warm as the air outside... no cleaning at all.
Rooms are nice... on closer inspection - everything is slowly falling apart.
Too expensive for the location.
The staff are nice, communication is non-existent... booked late check-out at 3 p.m. the day before departure for 1000TBH... called three times to tell us when we were leaving.
Something isn't working.
We're used to something different. What a shame.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
If you like it quiet and are not looking to party, this is the place for you if you have a room facing the sea (right on the main road)
The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired by German standards.
The wellness program and the new wellness staff (esoteric) are outstanding
