We had the most amazing night here. Tangmo was incredibly friendly and helpful at reception. We were upgraded to a penthouse room with an incredible view. The room was fantastic, so spacious and immaculate. The pool area was extremely relaxing. It was so quiet and right on the beach. The only downside for me was the breakfast. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We booked 2 nights which promised to be a wonderful stay. However on arriving we were told we could only stay one night andcwrcwoukdvthen be moved. There was a bug fuss about upgrading us to a penthouse suite but this was no upgrade as tge air con was faulty. Such a shame as the remote quiet location and pool suited us, however we were moved to a hotel right in the town centre, busy, noisy and very poor. I would not recommend the Cinnamon as the management were dishonest

The hotel Management did not honour our confirmed booking. Booked 2 nights and were only given 1. The other night we were shipped off to a hell hole of a hotel right in the heart of the nightlife. Cinnamons work ethics are based on greed as I’m presuming our booking was resold for a higher price hence we were herded off like cattle to a very poor hotel. Think twice about staying here. The hotel were not interested when I raised my dissatisfaction

When we arrived at the hotel, we were unfortunately informed that the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. As the hotel was fully booked at the time, we couldn't be offered another room. No problem, as the hotel manager had already taken care of an alternative. This very nice and friendly woman then drove us personally to our replacement hotel and sorted everything out there. The return transport to Cinnamon Beach the next day also worked really well and the air conditioning was also repaired :) The entire staff was really very friendly and always up for a laugh. The pool area was very nice :) Breakfast and the restaurant in general were very good. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is a bit out of the way, so you have to rely on a scooter/rental car or Grab/taxi, which worked really well too. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel, we had a lovely four days here at Cinnamon Beach :)

Trip.com 4.7/5 I absolutely loved my week at this divine location. The super large room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the coast to the south was spectacular. I would wake in my huge bed, listening to the birds singing and looking out onto the bluest water. Bliss. Then there was Kenny and Rut who managed the Bar and Restaurant on the oceanfront. These two men made my stay with their professional attention to detail, their lovely welcome smiles and tasty cocktails 🍸. It was the most relaxing week with memories made. The cleaning and reception staff were a delight, always happy and helpful. And the boulders and rocks along the foreshore were perfect for my penchant for photography. Thank you Cinnamon Beach Villas.

The property is on a cliff and has a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay the rates of a four or five star hotel.

I loved the fact it was on the beach....great "fresh water" pool....good food at the onsite restaurant....and drinks at the bar.Great views too ....to add .

This hotel met our expectations...the rental price was one of the most attractive in 🏝 the luxury apar**ent on the top floor offers an exceptional view...we stayed there for 8 nights.The service and varied food impressed us. well liked. A small downside...the stairs but that's normal we are on an island...to move by scooter or taxi...This place exudes serenity...in a word ZEN....
