Персонал отличный, запомнилась девушка на ресепшен - очень внимательная. Сам отель находится в закутке, берег моря не очень - мусор приносится и сама вода мутная. У нас был домик крайний возле речки (А27) и днем перед отъездом увидели гуляющего по территории большого варана.

The location is very good, not busy and noisy like Chaweng area at all.
7-11 is just 200m from the hotel.
Staff were nice and helpful. I got an upgraded room from normal to ocean view type for my parents.
The bathtub in my room didn’t work but the rest were really satisfied.

Good hotel, a beautiful swimming pool, and a clean room, but the room was not the same as described. Just prepare for it. Beach is not much suitable for swimming, water is not clear with mud and reefs. Right side of the Lamai Beach much better.

Tout est ok le personnel d une gentillesse extrême je recommande cet hôtel, mes parents devaient à la base y rester 4 jours mais ils n arrivent pas à se décider pour aller ailleurs les voilà déjà a 12 jours...rapport qualité prix+++ piscine front de mer restaurant bar tout est ok breakfast+++
