Currently here and unfortunately leave tomorrow. This place is a gem, the staff are impeccable and will go above and beyond to make your holiday a memorable experience. We were scheduled to get picked up this morning to go on a tour of the elephant sanctuary, however the transfer never turned up. The management made numerous calls to the company but they had missed us off and wanted to rearrange, however as we are going home tomorrow this was not an option. They did all they could to get us there and ended up getting their own driver in (from the hotel) who then took us straight to the sanctuary so we could fulfil our dream visit!! Truly great service! To the hotel itself. Rooms are very clean, modern and have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Hot shower, jacuzzi bath, spacious bathroom and bedroom with all mod cons. Pool and beach are very nice with a bar if you fancy a nice cold drink. Restaurant located overlooking the pool and beach is also a great selling point. Food is great and we ate here in the evenings on a couple of occasion’s also. We stayed for 6 days and would not hesitate to book again, truly a memorable experience with fantastic hospitality!

We liked the hotel a lot. The room was good, clean and spacious. The hotel is on the beach and the pool and beach chairs were only used by the hotel's customers and there were enough of them for everyone to use. The staff was friendly and everything was well taken care of. The breakfast was also good. The location of the hotel is good,
everything you need was nearby. You could come here again, which says something about the hotel as a whole. :-)

can be recommended without reservation. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. It was nice but without an elevator it is only partially recommendable. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to eat on the beach (BBQ etc.) during the 2 weeks. So we went to the neighboring hotel. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is naturally Asian in character but still very varied and diverse.

We recommend this resort - even though it is on the main street in Lamai, it is quiet and peaceful at the same time. Very polite and helpful staff, clean and fragrant. We lived in a bungalow - nice terrace, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Beautiful garden. Tasty breakfasts. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, massages, 7/11 and small BigC, two night markets. The only minus is little space to put things.
