Initially lovely, beautiful hotel and staff but it's showing its age. Basic breakfast, maintenance is slipping. We had the tap water run brown for 30min thankfully it got fixed. Location is great to lie on the beach but it's in between places.

I have come back to stay again 2 times already. The rooms are very good, spacious, with Netflix and youtube. The hotel and Trip.com provide very good service. And due to the heavy rain on the day of arrival, the ferry was announced. Which cannot travel to the hotel, Trip.com has helped to coordinate, making it possible to postpone the date of stay without additional fees. Very impressed

Hotelli oli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Kulunut, mutta siisti. Aamupala oli pettymys valikoiman suhteen. Meillä oli pienellä altaalla varustettu huone päärakennuksen alimmassa kerroksessa ja altaan ympärillä oli korkeat seinät, joten huoneesta/altaalta ei maisemia katseltu. Muuten rauhallinen alue sellaista haluaville.

Location of the resort is perfect if you want to get away from noisy Chaweng. The staff is very friendly and the roomservice was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view. I would definetly recommend this hotell!🤩

Very bad service for housekeeping, they dont clean room properly. They only made the bed and kept the dirty towels on bed, did not empty the bins and did not clean up the bath Called for a room service during new years eve , they refused to serve they said “ they dont have a room service due to new years”
