As always, a nice place to relax and have good Thai food in the restaurant. However, the bungalows are a bit old and the furniture is outdated. Nevertheless, recommended for a week.

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. Excellent location on Maenam Beach, with access to the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. When booking, I didn’t know that we would be accommodated in a house with access to the sea, it’s great. The house has all the amenities for a modest holiday: clean linen, a large bed, a mattress (a bit hard, but even my tired back felt good), a fan, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a hanger and hangers, a mirror and a nightstand. The house is small, partly outdated, no mold. One free socket is a minus. There are ants on the porch, I used a mosquito coil in the evening. The downside is that there are no garbage bags)/ but on the other hand, less plastic is used. Minus: there is no bucket in the bathroom. There is a rope stretched across the porch - that's a plus. The hotel area becomes quiet very early; at 20:00 it is already dark and quiet. If you are planning a noisy, riotous holiday, then this is not the hotel for you; families with children and pensioners hang out here. On-site parking. The sea is almost always calm, the depth is good, the sand is excellent. 3 min walk, laundry, cafe, small shops, moped rental. At 15 minutes, market. I like it

The place is ok. The bungalows are old, wooden. Smells a little like old wood. Comfortable porch with a bench. Quiet, calm. There are a couple of stone bungalows on the front line, but they were occupied, although, judging by the picture, they were booked. But we were settled far from the sea in wooden houses. Tolerable. It was still a long way to the night market, it was necessary to drive a motorcycle, and it was inconvenient to get onto the central road.

Small bungalow complex on the beach in a secluded location - that's about it for positive features! The bungalow was old and in need of renovation (see pictures), partly moldy, when we arrived the fridge was out and another bottle of water from the previous tenant in it. Bedding was also not provided, instead an oversized towel was provided 🙄 I can't understand the current good reviews, it's not all good just because the location is great 🤔

I loved the location. The beach was beautiful and you could hesr the waves all night. You could also hear any neighbours as the windows didnt really shut. But they needed to stay open to circulate air and the cabins were very moist and pretty sure had mold. :( very musky. I was afraid of the air quality in the cabin. It was very outdated. I had to ask for a top sheet as they only provided what seemed To be a large towel that was to be a duvet. I really enjoyed the porch in sitting outside and listening to the waves. I'm not sure if there was a kitchen. As they didn't say and no lights were on. The walkways were dark and hard to see. The garden was really well maintained and beautiful. This is a place to be outside, not for the inside.

Small bungalow by the sea, simple but functional. Great beach, beautiful surroundings, peaceful place. A couple of nice bars and restaurants nearby, a short distance to party beaches if you want.

We are very happy to have found the family in good health because we worried about them during the Covid Always so welcoming, warm and smiling The cuisine is delicious The sea at the foot of the restaurant is magnificent with all the vegetation Mae beach Nam and its fine sand is really very beautiful We have a very well equipped bungalow (air conditioning, fan and fridge) a huge bed and a small terrace to be able to have a drink outside for a very reasonable price Here it's simple and magical We feel good there... Once again we will come back as soon as possible 🥰
