Average hotel, over priced

Perfect hotel, everything was perfect for us, good breakfast, good location in the center (5-10 minutes direct from the beach, enough loungers... and above all no old broken ones, great staff (Burmese people) but super nice.

The three families traveled together with their children. The environment is very good. There is the sea and a swimming pool outside. It is also very clean. It is a good place for vacation. The children like it very much. The service is also very good. I will stay here again next time😄

The room faces the sea, the sea is super beautiful

Close to the airport, the room was small and clean There are 2 swimming pools, and the one right in front of the pool is good for going back and forth to the beach. After playing at the beach, it was nice to shake off the sand in the shower in front of the pool. Breakfast is also good ^^

Clean, very nice, hotel right on the beach. It is a center zone with lots of activities to play during the day.

An excellent place to eat stay clean and chill very nice guys brilliant experience 100% going back fire show at night on a beach with incredible scenery what else could you ask for thanks for a good time see you soon 😀 highly recommend strawberry daiquiris from cocktail bar made with fresh fruits cocktails are spot on.

Not for families and non guests from outside. My wife had an awful experience with staff there. Her and friends drank cocktails there and were charged 500 baht as the kids swam in the pool. There are no signs saying they charge for pool use. The staff threatened to call police and was in my wife’s face aggressively. We live in Samui and will never go back to Synergy ever again and our friends won’t either.

So far we have come almost every week to enjoy drinks and ice cream in the beach restaurant. Today we stopped by for a walk and my little son urgently needed to go to the toilet. When we entered, an employee came towards us, without greeting and very arrogantly he said that the toilet was not available for us. Even my hint that we were often here as guests was ignored (...) It was definitely the last time here... we will also advise friends who were there with us against further visits...

Location Top in chaweng but still not to noisy near muay thai stadium. Beach Top clean white sand and relax guaranty, the pool-area was also top: 1 salt and 1 freshwater pool all clean. Good drinks at the poolbar always action. Breakfast with tropical fruits and western foods was perfect and simple. Standard clean and tasty. Friendly staff. Good thai coofee. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is very good (everyday new towles and bedsheets) We felt welcome. You will be respected as you do respect the staff and the owners, and we felt like at home. No complaints. We also extended our bookingt. To improve: Jacuzy in jacuzy suite to small and no privacy (can see from outside). We had no blanket to cover, it was dirty. The. connect bungalow was ab bit loud by night (generator of ac infront entrance, and always a light from outside shining inside the bathroom. We realy wnjoyed our stay
