This resort was everything we hoped for, quiet, large comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely beachfront location. All the staff from gardeners and cleaners to reception and the lovely restaurant team were genuinely very friendly, helpful and efficient, anticipating our every need. Food was delicious and served with great care and Thai charm. The sunsets over the sea are straight from Hollywood. Our only slight disappointment was the lack of any English language TV channels. We would not hesitate to recommend this charming resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of Samui.

A true retreat of calm and elegance, THE SIAM RESIDENCE Boutique Resort exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt transported to a world of luxury and beauty. The rooms are an oasis of serenity with plenty of space and attention to detail. The view of the tropical garden and sparkling pool was simply enchanting. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that our stay was unforgettable. Their hospitality and commitment to excellence was clearly felt - from the greeting with a refreshing drink to the lovingly prepared meals in the on-site restaurant. The resort's amenities left nothing to be desired. Whether it was a relaxing massage on the beach, in the room or a refreshing dip in the pool, every experience was of the highest quality. And the resort's location, away from the hustle and bustle, offered a welcome escape from everyday life. Overall, I cannot praise THE SIAM RESIDENCE Boutique Resort enough. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We chose it deliberately and found it that way. The entire complex is a bit older but very well maintained, the hard-working gardener does his work with dedication, very clean bungalows, very large beds, air conditioning works. Kettle, fridge, tea, water are available, the cleaners always put out a glass filled with biscuits, which made us very happy. The evening meal was very tasty and can be served directly on the beach. At low tide in the afternoon there is a kilometer-long beach to walk on. It is about 35 minutes' walk to the main town. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes. Otherwise nothing but peace and quiet, a few providers of massages on the beach, but you can also book them on site. There are also a few small restaurants along the beach. The breakfast is a negative and unfortunately does not fit in with this beautiful complex. Limited selection and the same quality every day. For example, we wouldn't eat a mini croissant from the supermarket bag at home (and they were a few days old at that), but we still give the fresh fruit plate (the same every day) 3*. We still recommend the complex for 3-5 days of relaxation. after a round trip.

Once and never again! We paid €6,000 for 10 days with four children. The price-performance ratio is not right. The breakfast is very simple. From the menu you can order toast, eggs, yoghurt with cornflakes or muesli, fruit platters, juices, tea and coffee. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not as good as the reviews say. Every dish is with fish or meat. The choice for vegetarians is therefore limited to rice and potatoes. We got to know the owners during our vacation. We only saw these at breakfast. They ate their main meals in other restaurants. On Christmas Eve we and other hotel guests asked whether there was a program or something on offer. Unfortunately there was no music or special food. Besides an older couple, we were the only ones who ate in the restaurant on Christmas Eve. You can swim and kayak in the sea. If you want to walk along the beach, you won't be able to go any further after a few hundred meters. You are very surrounded. There are two restaurants next to this resort, otherwise the buildings are run down and abandoned. A desolate area. Every day you get 0.5 liters of water from the hotel. The nearest supermarket is 1 km from the resort. A car or scooter is absolutely necessary. You should think carefully about whether this accommodation is the right one. We expected more from it.

Superb hotel to stay in, very family friendly, beautifully appointed villas, great facilities, clean and well maintained. The pool is so big and the beach is actually very calm so I felt very safe allowing my 8yr old to play in it. The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. I loved one of the sauces they served with one of my dishes and when I checked out, the chef had a bottle of that sauce ready for me to bring home with me 🥹 We were there with 2 other families and the children loved every minute of their stay. We loved the fact it was so safe for the children. Highly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home except with gorgeous sunset views and beach walks!

I am in shock by how perfect this hotel is. Everything about it leaves me speechless. Barely any trash, loads of animals, very peaceful, yummy food, comfortable rooms, etc etc. I would recommend to anyone who can afford it. The pool is spectacular, the bathrooms are amazing, the staff is kind, its like a mini-paradise. The only complaint i have is there are too many mosquitoes, and im itchy when i dont have spray on. Other than that, I really enjoyed it and i might come back

Our group booked all of the individual villas at the Siam and had the whole place to ourselves. So the resort is lovely with a big pool looking into the beach. The best thing about this resort is the staff, special thanks to Kookai and her team who couldn’t do enough for us. The amazing chef cooked us fresh food which is not a quick experience due to our group being approx 20 every night but well worth the wait!! The cocktails are great too with happy hour from 3-7 we enjoyed them all. If you are looking for a resort where you sit chill and enjoy the food/drinks then you will love it, but if you prefer walking to restaurants/bars and visiting markets etc then this location won’t be for you. Thank you so much Siam team you were amazing and we had a fabulous holiday xx

I can but agree with the past reviews. This little resort is almost too wonderful to be real. It is absolutely quiet with super friendly and helpful staff: off season they managed to organize mangosteen for us, we had Thai eggplants bought to satisfy our cravings for the most delicious authentic green curry, … the chef’s (and her team’s) skills are worth 5 stars in itself. We enjoyed several relaxing massages, also the kids had some, customized to their age/ body types. Also the times were adapted to our meal times. The big pool with its varying depths made ‘proper’ swimming for us adults possible, which in itself is rare. When our stay had ended, we left for another hotel (a nightmarish experience) and within 3 hours were back in this little paradise. We are certainly contemplating another holiday there.
