The location of the hotel was nice. However, the air conditioning at the hotel's reception was only working some hours. The air conditioner, which should normally operate 24/7, was operating at noon to save money. It did not suit such a hotel. At check-in, they force a deposit fee as if it was mandatory. I didn't want to leave a deposit, but I didn't want to insist on buying it. Because I stated that I would not charge a room fee and if I wanted to spend anything, I would pay directly. Finally I convinced him. Because such hotels always cause problems when giving money back during check-out. You have to use sunscreen because the weather is very hot. This is normal. They showed me the sunscreen stains on my towel and demanded an extra fee. I told him that this was a normal stain and could be easily cleaned in the washing machine. Then they said okay and didn't buy it. If it was torn or unusable, of course I would pay. They make little things like this a problem. The breakfast was very poor. Some staff were good, some were unhappy. The Muslim woman I had a massage with at the spa was very nice. I was pleased with both the massage and the service. But when it comes to the hotel, I am not very satisfied. I won't stay again.

The hotel is a bit away from the action, but perfectly located between the beaches of Chaweng and Chaweng Noi. Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, overall very good for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Very family friendly

We had such a lovely stay in the canale. Very peaceful and quiet but still close to the city centre. Absolutely recommend to come here. Staff is super friendly too! There’s great options for room service which is very delicious. Next to that they have different services as booking trips at the reception or renting a scooter.

The hotel property itself was very well maintained and pretty. A bit of a walk to the town, not too far from the beach, but hard to get in and out of and walk around. Breakfast was not good at all. The Wifi also shuts off in the rooms whenever you take the card out of the switch. While this was all very critical, it was a cozy place to stay for one night, the staff was pretty nice as well.
