the best hotel is koh samui, I really like the welcome and room service and the most two receptionist M and FAH , they are so polite and kind and helpful ! Recommended for Chaweng-Choeng beach hotel or the best hotel in koh samui , EPIC

真的太舒服啦～ 酒店很新，設施也很贊
海邊的沙子很細，早餐也很豐富，他們家ice thai coffee我給滿分💯
入住的時候碰到了李經理，休息的他還專門過來給我們打招呼，晚上還給我們送來了果盤和小點心，重點是還手寫了卡片！！！真的太走心了～
酒店床超級大，就是沒有桌子放東西有點小bug
是會二刷的酒店！

非常驚喜完全超出預期的旅程！酒店的地理位置很好，餐飲出品極佳，還提供免費mini bar，強烈推薦來親身感受。同時大堂氛圍、泳池設施還有房間環境都非常舒適愜意，整個酒店的顏值爆表，攜程上的圖片衹體現出1/10。最值得一提的是服務非常好，來之前還略有擔心，但原來酒店上個月新換了全島唯一中國籍總經理Neil，貼心細心又幽默帥氣，有任何問題都立刻幫忙處理解決。前台工作人員也很非常熱情，Sai給我們留下很深刻的印象。非常期待下次再來！

蘇梅島是海島控必打卡的其中一站，挑對酒店就不枉此行。蘇梅盛泰瀾從眾多備選中脱穎而出，帶着期待直到辦理入住，簡直是超越滿分！裝修風格非常符合我們的審美，簡約大氣又不失優雅，工作人員服務態度都超級好，臉上還洋溢着笑容，有種賓至如歸的感覺，走在酒店綿延細膩的沙灘上，這才是度假該有的樣子呀～還有一個值得驕傲的是總經理是咱們中國上海人哦～本來想問下SPA，前台美女建議可以直接向GM諮詢，總經理非常耐心地答疑解惑，在他推薦下選擇了適合的SPA，並且非常完美！給我們安排了風景很好的房間，以後如果有機會再來蘇梅島，還是會首選蘇梅盛泰瀾酒店！

高於期望！！被低估的一家，酒店是泰國本土五星級品牌，也是我們在蘇梅島住過最棒的酒店，絕對秒殺金普頓！裝修風格非常舒服，法式又帶有泰國本土風格，房間陽台風景也很棒！mini吧全免費！早餐也非常豐富。有緣還遇見帥氣的酒店總經理，是我們華人，酒店管理的非常好，服務也很高效到位！
