住了那麼多酒店這是我唯一一個寫點評覺得值得推薦 爆讚的一家酒店 一家酒店的好與壞細節決定一切 我也住了六善相比較起來六善真的差很多還貴 酒店的沙灘很漂亮 沙子很細膩 早餐環境也很棒 minibar無限暢飲 我很吃細節 酒店都會準備冰塊！因為外面回來真的很熱 在這裏要特別感謝總經理（李總）GM是我們中國人 對中國人會特別照顧 所以體驗感不用多説啦 特別熱情專業的總經理！整個團隊也很熱情耐心的解決我們所有的疑惑 酒店位置也很好 離鬧市區很近很方便 以後來了衹會住這裏了 也會極力推薦給我的朋友們 各方面比較滿意

價廉物美！

在蘇梅島住Centara真是最棒的選擇！從進入大堂的歡迎飲料和巧克力開始，每一個細節都在加分，我們的房間可以看到泳池、花園和海，早晨有日出～房間儘管面積不大但佈局非常好，有免費的調酒台和迷你吧每天補充，叫room service上來的速度也很快！在攜程預訂兩晚後又果斷續住去了兩晚，體驗了SPA、海邊餐廳和健身房，白天就在泳池和沙灘泡着完全不想出門，沙灘很寬很細，海水也很清澈，有酒店的免費槳板沖浪玩！儘管酒店出門就是熱鬧的渣汶街道，但並不影響她的安靜！每一位員工都很友好，最後必須要讚揚酒店的中國籍總經理，每天都會很早出現在大堂，而且有求必應，還幫我們預訂了Spa和泰拳的門票，簡直太nice~ 下次再來蘇梅一定必須還住這家酒店

Anyway, I am very satisfied with all aspects. There is nothing bad. We stayed at Kimpton before we went there. If compared, Kimpton is rubbish. Don't step into the pit.

缺點：房間衞生打掃的一般，設施維護不行，淋浴房頂噴很難用，空調噪音有點大。從曼谷嘉佩樂過來感覺衞生和設備維護簡直天差地別。我一開始住的433號房，淋浴間下水是災難，修了幾天都沒修好，五千的房間，洗澡的時候要緊趕慢趕，不然水都會漫出來，這能接受嗎？這種房間太多的酒店總會出現這些硬件問題。後面我直接換房間了，但是因為沒有同樣的房間所以換了個一樓的套房，好像是garden pool suite。早餐很一般，單點的很多都齁甜，可能偏向老外口味。水煮蛋吃了幾個蛋白還是那種過夜的。房間的玻璃瓶水不能喝，一股鹹味，這次泰國半個月住了五個酒店，這個是唯一水沒法喝的，後來從外面買了瓶裝水。 優點：酒店面積很大，景觀打造的還可以，比較有度假的感覺。位置還不錯，查汶海灘也沒什麼更好的選擇，島上比他好的酒店位置都不如他。出門吃喝按摩便利店都不遠。沙灘很不錯，沙子很細，salt society餐廳非常不錯，吃了兩次，相對於環境 服務 出品來説，價格可以説很便宜。雖然問題很多，但是酒店的處理態度總體還是讓人滿意的。另外就是centara的app上呼叫服務，訂餐，都非常方便，這一點遠超各大酒店集團。

The best thing is that Mr. Li not only helped us upgrade to a suite, but also asked the staff to help me reserve a room in advance even though he was on vacation in Shanghai so that we could check in early. When I was climbing on Nanyuan Island on the second to last day, I slipped on the big rock and accidentally twisted my foot. I couldn't walk normally, and our flight to the island on the last day was at night. Although the suites were full that day, Mr. Li arranged a room for us to check out late without saying a word, and also arranged it by the swimming pool on the first floor so that I could have a good rest. Such thoughtful service really made this trip full of surprises and gave us a very good impression of Koh Samui. I hope to bring my children to play again next time.

The most recommended hotel for this trip to Koh Samui is Centara Grand, mainly because it is very cost-effective and the experience is great. 1. Hotel environment The hotel lobby is super beautiful, a bit Greek style, the hotel restaurant is super high and faces the sea, many hotel guests come to take pictures. It is so happy to have breakfast here in the morning 2. Room conditions When I was doing the guide before coming here, I said that the room of Centara Grand was too small, but the public area was beautiful, because the rooms of the hotel I stayed in before were all very large, and for the sake of the hotel environment, I just barely accepted that the room was small. But after arriving, the front desk upgraded our room type [snickering R]. We booked a garden room, which should be the basic room type, and upgraded us to a suite with a yard and a swimming pool. As soon as the door was opened, there was a coconut sea view, which was super super beautiful! In addition, the room is indeed not big, but I feel very comfortable! Everything is available, the drinks in the minibar are very rich, and you can order a surprise every day. I only ordered one day, which was two small puffs. In addition, there are three bottles of free wine at the bar, V, G, and W. I used espresso to mix a coffee wine + ice cubes in the morning, and my mood became more beautiful after drinking it. ps: The hotel manager is Chinese and said he came in March this year. A handwritten letter and welcome fruit were left in the room. Manager Li helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel, and the hotel is super friendly to Chinese tourists. There are Chinese versions of various service menus. Manager Li said that their hotel also hopes that more Chinese tourists will come and has many preferential treatments for Chinese tourists~ 3. Hotel public area The hotel has two infinity pools on the beach, and there is also a pool bar. Someone always comes to provide towels for the lounge chairs and free ice water. The color of the pool echoes the color of the sea water, which is so beautiful. And Centara's beach is the longest and softest beach of the hotel on Koh Samui. (Of course, this beach is also shared with several hotels). By the way, the beach in front of the hotel is very suitable for watching the sunrise. We got up at 6:30 in the morning on the last day to watch the sunrise. There were very few people and it was super beautiful. 4. Hotel breakfast The hotel breakfast is ordered + semi-self-service. The food on the menu is delicious, and the remaining self-service part is also very rich. The resort hotel has to eat breakfast slowly, at least one hour a day, hahahaha, and you can eat until 11 o'clock at the latest, and lunch is free. 5. Hotel transportation Centara is near the most prosperous Chaweng Beach in Koh Samui, and there is also the largest shopping mall Central. When the weather is not hot at night, you can go to Citywalk to visit the night market and shopping district. It takes about 15 minutes to walk and less than 5 minutes by taxi [snickering R]

The hotel environment is very good. The beach next to it is very comfortable. The general manager of the hotel is Chinese and gave us a free upgrade. It is very convenient to eat and drink nearby.
