One of the best wellness treatments I had, my therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Foods are so good and tasty, simply amazing with beautiful views and great ambience. Beautiful resort and beach, definitely the best resort in Koh Samui. I can’t wait to go back.

Everyone must call to confirm before going. The family villa I booked has a double bed and two single beds. When I arrived, I was not allowed to check in. They said that we were three people and one small person. Even if we added money, we were told to pay for extra bed and breakfast. It doesn't work. You have to get another room or upgrade to a higher-end multi-bedroom villa. Everyone said that the original family villa was already 16,000 per night. What is a family villa that can only accommodate two people and three beds? Decoration? It is clearly stated on Ctrip that extra bed and breakfast charges are available, but Ctrip also deceives consumers and pushes them back and forth when there is a problem. The hotel has nothing to offer around the mountain, so they have the final say and are left to their own devices! I didn’t expect that a global chain of five-star hotels would be so cheating.
