Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club

Avani This was truly the worst hotel Of my entire journey. It starts at the reception, the staff there look like children. First of all, they speak poor English and that for a 5 star hotel. They are very ignorant and not at all personal or that they give you a civilized welcome. The rooms smell terribly of old pee/urine, I asked about it several times and they were so rude as if they saw water burning. Unbelievable. The pillows also smell very bad of a musty smell. The lady would ask housekeeping to change this, but that didn't happen either. After calling 3 times, they changed the pillowcases, which then smelled a little better. Furthermore, it is a terrible hotel where you simply cannot relax. A DJ plays deafening techno music all day long until 11:00 PM. When I indicated this upon arrival that it was very loud, the lady behind the reception said. You have to keep your balcony door closed so you don't hear anything. I don't know if she has poop in her ears but I haven't been able to sleep for days. And then come up with such an unprofessional answer. Please don't come to this hotel if you have children or just want to have a good night's sleep. Furthermore, it is also far from the good restaurants and the food is in the hotel Ridiculously expensive for the tasteless food you get.

I went there for Jay Chou. The hotel is pretty good, but the price-performance ratio is really not high! You can choose if you are not short of money. It is not recommended for general vacations. I stayed at this hotel due to special circumstances. I can take a taxi to check in. There is no need to check in.
