We are glad you enjoyed the hotel's location and hope you found it convenient to explore the area during your holiday with us. The quality of the sea water, of course, depends on weather conditions; on sunny days the water is crystal clear while rain, especially heavy rain that brings run-off from the mountains, has a less desired effect on water quality. Currently, we have no staff who have Chinese speaking ability; however, we have new staff who will be with us within the next month who can speak Chinese. We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. This matter has been addressed for further improvement. We are glad we were able to upgrade you to a Deluxe Garden Villa.
