The hotel is built on a hill, but all front rooms block the ocean view. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, SPA and restaurant. Breakfast is rich, but lunch and dinner are mediocre and expensive. When checking in, the front desk informed hotel guests that there was a discount, but after signing a few meals, the front desk refused the discount at checkout because the coupon was not submitted during the meal. Ctrip contacted the hotel and did not reply. The hotel's location is relatively remote, and there are no beaches, restaurants, shops or other service facilities within a 30-minute walk. The hotel has a one-way shuttle bus to the town at 4 pm every day. Many tourists in Samui rent motorcycles. Taking a taxi is ridiculously expensive, costing more than 300 baht for 1 to 2 kilometers. As for the hotel service, it is very average, and there are also fruits during the stay.
