Friendly staff, nice serene place. Good atmosphere for relaxation. The bathtub on the balcony is awesome. We enjoyed it a lot!

We upgraded our room to a hydro pool villa and it was fantastic! Made a lot of difference to our experience in Koh Samui. All thanks to Terry, who offered us an irresistible offer for the upgrade. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location in Lamai. The beach is fantastic and the sea, clean and clear. Very gentle waves, which made it great for swimming or just floating on your back. Terry was exceptional in his attitude and service, checking in on us every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There are 2 things which I believe the hotel can improve on: 1. The hot food selection for the breakfast buffet. The fresh bread and homemade jam, as well as the egg station (the shakshuka is worth waiting for), and the variety of cereal were great, but the cooked food lacked variety and quality. Some Thai dishes didn’t look appetising at all. 2. When we were staying in Chaweng, the hotel staff there would set up the deck chairs at the beach with towels for us, and brought us complimentary glasses of iced water(without us requesting for them). It was a kind gesture very much appreciated, especially in the heat of a sunny day. That is what I call 5-star service- when you can anticipate the needs of your guests. Perhaps Pavilion Samui can learn from that. Having said that, we will definitely be back in Koh Samui again, and if we choose to stay in Lamai again, Pavilion Samui will still be our 1st choice.

We had a great 3 night stay. The location is perfect in Lamai, right on the beach and next to the night market and main street. The service was top notch, thank you!

This hotel was amazing, fantastic location on the beach, wonderful staff, and an amazing selection of amenities. After reading previous reviews we booked a room with a small private pool, so delighted that we did! Make sure that you get the best room your budget can afford…the private pool was amazing!

The front desk service wasn’t the best but the service at breakfast area, bar tenders and the valet was great and helpful. The beachfront view was immaculate and would recommend to friends and family

We came for the second time. We were a little disappointed: the villa turned out to be outdated and the toilet/shower, which was combined, was very uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom has windows overlooking the pool and they were not covered with anything (there was no tinting film on one of them). There was a curtain, but it was extremely small and did not help hide the toilet from view from the street. There is not a single hook in the shower area to hang a robe or towel. But in the bathroom there are all the cabinets and a safe. That is, when someone takes a shower or toilet, there is no way to take their things (and I don’t like storing things in damp conditions). The door lock was rusty and it was very difficult to close it, especially since there was no lighting. In the evening it was a whole adventure: as soon as you took the key out of the device, after 5 seconds the villa plunged into darkness and you had to close the villa door, go up the steps in the dark into the courtyard and in the dark close another door to the courtyard. There were two sun loungers in the courtyard, but no umbrella or canopy to hide from the heat or rain. When it rained there was nowhere to dry things. About breakfast: you won’t go hungry, but there’s definitely not enough variety. There were very few Thai dishes to eat: an omelet station and sausages and muesli. Fruits: watermelon, pineapple, mango, unripe melon, bananas (alternated 3 types) The pool and beach were good. But there are stones right in front of the hotel...you have to move a little to the side. To order drinks on the beach you need to go to the pool bar (this is not convenient). Also, last year, in the evening, lanterns and poufs were beautifully placed on the beach, you could have a cocktail in a pleasant atmosphere... now this is not the case and part of the charm of the hotel has disappeared.

Trip is misleading because this hotel is not 5 stars, but 4. In my opinion, even 3.5. It needs renovation and is neglected. The loungers are falling apart, the pool is in a shabby condition. I stayed in 4 other hotels during this trip and this one certainly does not deserve such opinions, The swimming pool with a view of the sea is available until about 4 p.m. because people are already asking you to take your things because they are planning dinner. The service was very nice, but that's generally the charm of Thailand :-) After reporting twice, Trip did not get back to me with any feedback.

The private beach is great. You can lie down for a whole day. I like the overall style. The coconut trees on the island are great. However, we live across the street. The room is big, but the sense of belonging is not strong. The hotel staff has a good sense of service. The receptionist feels like they have to be nice, not really nice. The massage bathtub is not very smooth to use, but it is compensated. The breakfast fruit is not fresh enough and the dishes are not rich.

The hotel is in a very good location. The beach is very fine. The bar is facing the sea. The view is good. The hotel is relatively old. It is well maintained. The price/performance ratio is good. The night market is right next to the hotel. It is very convenient to eat. The commercial street is very close to the hotel. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. There are many massage shops. It is very convenient. The sea food night market is very good. It is recommended to go here for dinner. The hotel manager LYN is very good. When checking in, he personally introduced the hotel room facilities, bar, swimming pool, etc. Very nice. The other managers of the hotel are also very good. Generally speaking, it is a hotel with good price/performance ratio. The hotel is very beautiful to watch the sunset at night and the sunrise in the morning

Located on Lamai Beach, the hotel has warm service and will try its best to meet the needs of guests. You can rent a motorcycle on behalf of you. There is a manager who speaks Chinese and responds quickly! The hotel has two large swimming pools and a small baby pool. The swimming pool is relatively clean. The commercial street is right outside the door, and both directions are very prosperous. The room leads directly to the sea and beach. The fineness of the sand is acceptable. The waves in this bay are a bit big compared to the beaches I stayed at later. The hotel breakfast is not very varied, but it is enough to eat, but it will definitely be boring if you stay for a few more days😆

The hotel service is very good, from the junior staff to the manager, they are all smiling and polite. The swimming pool and beach are both very good. The breakfast buffet is rich. I didn’t enjoy the massage pool in the room because it was a bit weird outside the terrace🤣
