We are a group of adults and kids and stayed at the hotel u samui for 8 nights. We had the best experience with this hotel. The staff is exceptional and so helpful! The hotel is clean and quite new. The breakfast was delicious and there was a mix of western and asian food available. The infinity pool with a view to the sea was phenomenal. All in all, it was the best vacation in koh samui we could have imagined due to the great experience we did with Hotel Usamui! Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay very much with the hotel!

Extremely noisy place as it is located very near airport, you will hear airplanes taking off and landing many times per day, starting 6 in the morning 😴 There are no windows because they were closed with wooden boards because I guess the glass was many times shattered because of the airplane noise. That being said, the pool area is very nice and staff is nice :)

This is my third time staying at Samui mermaid. Can not fault this resort, it’s just what I need to recharge my soul before flying home. I stayed the deluxe side with its own pool and it’s worth spending the extra pennies if you enjoy having a pool all to yourself 😊 Stay are lovely as always, location is brilliant, views are amazing.
