Siamo stati attirati dalle ottime recensioni e abbiamo prenotato due garden view. Il resort e' sicuramente in ottima posizione ma in nessun posto erano menzionati i 100 scalini per raggiungere ristorante e piscina, quindi assolutamente inadatto per persone di una certa eta' o per chi ha bambini piccoli. Le scale la sera sono abbastanza buie e pericolose. La piscina non fornisce i teli da bagno quindi bisogna fare su e giu' con asciugamani pesantissimi. La ''spiaggia privata'' menzionata sul loro sito non esiste, o meglio c'e' una spiaggetta tra gli scogli che nessuno cura e ti devi far spazio tra bottiglie di plastica ed altra spazzatura. Il resort e' in mezzo al nulla e non fornisce navette gratuite quindi ogni volta che ci si muove bisogna sborsare 100 baht a persona all'andata e 100 al ritorno, nel caso della nostra famiglia erano 800 baht (20 euro) solo per uscire e tornare in albergo. Le camere garden sono veramente molto piccole praticamente il letto occupa tutta la stanza, hanno una veranda con due cuscini per terra, buoni se si ha 20 anni, alla mia eta' facevo veramente fatica a rialzarmi. Sdraio o sedie sarebbero state molto meglio. All'arrivo l'acqua calda in un bungalow non funzionava e ci hanno messo due giorni per ripararla. Nell'altro bungalow usciva l'acqua da sotto il water. Per il resto il cibo era soddisfacente e il personale e' stato delizioso e molto disponibile. Non ci tornerei.

Increíble el hotel, nos quedamos en una Pool Villa, no daban ganas de salir, increíble las piezas, la vista. El hotel excelente buen restaurant y el personal muy amable nos ayudaron en todo para conocer la isla, gracias a Piera y Diego que hablaban español y nos hicieron sentir en casa. Die Pool-Villen sind derartig hübsche Unterkünfte, dass man problemlos mit den Malediven konkurrieren kann. Die vom Schlafraum getrennten Badezimmer mit der Regenwalddusche im Freien habe ich so noch nirgends erlebt. Wow! Rollermiete über die Reception war sehr problemlos und zu empfehlen. Der Roller wird dann kostenfrei zum Hotel gebracht. Frühstück war gut, besonders der Espresso, allerdings im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Auswahl ziemlich eingeschränkt. Mit dem Roller kann man vom Hotel aus alle Buchten der Insel völlig unproblematisch anfahren. Ja, die Straßen auf Koh Tao sind steil. Das macht aber – jedenfalls wenn sie trocken sind – gar nichts aus. Man kommt problemlos mit dem Roller hoch und wieder runter, auch wenn man schwer ist. Zum Essen ein paar Meter vom Hotel am Strand zu Barracuda at the beach. Empfehlenswert!

Estuvimos dos noches en una habitación deluxe con vistas al mar. Las vistas realmente increibles, la habitación estaba limpia y el hotel en si es muy bonito. El desayuno es muy variado y el personal muy agradable. Tuvimos la sorpresa de encontrar a Diego en recepción, que hablaba español, y todo fue más comodo. Me recomendo incluso un dive center que tambien fue un acierto.

Dire che é un posto magico é riduttivo! Abbiamo scelto il Viewpoint Resort per celebrare il nostro matrimonio con pochi intimi amici. Tutto é stato organizzato tramite email e messaggi grazie a Franzi, la fantastica wedding planner che collabora con il resort. In poco più di un mese é riuscita ad organizzarci un matrimonio da sogno,assecondando ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo scelto tutto tramite foto, dal resort, alla location alle decorazioni e per finire anche il menù della cena nuziale. Al nostro arrivo Franzi ci ha fatto visitare il resort, che ha superato ampiamente le nostre aspettative. É costruito interamente nella foresta, la natura fa da padrona tra il verde della foresta ed il blu del mare. La location per la cerimonia aveva una vista mozzafiato e tutto é stato organizzato con cura in ogni minimo dettaglio. Per la cena ci é stata riservata la zona bordo piscina, e li Franzi ci ha stupito ancora, ha allestito la zona in modo davvero suggestivo e tutto é stato così intimo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il menù proposto dallo chef, tutto ottimo e ben curato l'impiattamento. Il personale del resort, che ci ha seguito per tutta la durata dell'evento, é stato estremamente gentile é disponibile. Questo posto mi resterá nel cuore ❤

abbiamo prenotato 3 mesi prima della vacanza e abbiamo scelto sulla base di recensioni positive . infatti : transfer dal porto al lodge free. accoglienza e disponibilita dello staff eccezionale. ristorante e piscina con spettacolare vista sul mare , cibo buono e vario.servizio di taxi a costo equo . siamo stati benissimo .

Small room but with excellent views. Barbarian treatment especially from a lady from Chile 🇨🇱 named Piera. Very good vibes 😎. The hotel 🏨 very well located and close to taking a taxi 🚕 to the center where there is a very nice street. I recommend it !!!!
