團了攜程套餐，雨季住了4晚，幾乎是包酒店。客人非常少。體驗很棒。3-4晚差不多了，多了會無聊了。 交通4分：略有不便，畢竟在離島，一天衹有4班船次，幸好我們和航班銜接上了，如果航班晚點可能要等很久了 環境設施5分：22年新開，基礎房90平，中體量，酒店走一圈也不是很遠。海水不算很藍，屬於灘塗型，有當地特色幽靈蟹，浪很小，可以去踩水，根據漲退潮情況，沙灘有不同形態，這個有點意思。 周邊3分：周邊吃飯，除了1.3公裡外CHILL CHILL餐廳，可以電話給老闆娘免費接送，要去其他地方的話需要租摩託車了。要不就在酒店吃，淡季自助餐廳部開放，the beach restrant味道很好，就是價格略貴，最好是有餐飲折扣。 服務5分：真的很熱情，見到你都會發自內心的打招呼，我們英語一般，他們不厭其煩的和你溝通，在交涉早餐問題時，經理給直接免了4歲小朋友4晚的早餐，很驚喜。 活動設施4分：活動不多,kids club 18點就關門，晚上幾乎沒有活動，這個希望改善。 最後表揚下攜程，由於套餐的餐飲內容和酒店的不一致，溝通後給了房費9折優惠，處理結果滿意。

We booked a family room, which was very comfortable with a great view. However, we were not satisfied with the lunch and dinner package for three reasons: first, there were only two restaurants available, second, many dishes on the menu could not be ordered, and third, drinks and water were not included in the package, which was unreasonable.

There are not many restaurants to choose from, but the food in the main restaurant tastes good and the breakfast is quite rich. I feel that the speedboat arranged after check-out could be more organized. It should be possible to arrange the luggage to be transported to the destination port in advance, so that there is no need to wait for the luggage when you arrive at the port.

We booked a room with direct access to the pool. There was no problem for a family of four to stay. There were four types of water slides on the platform, which the children especially liked. The breakfast was also delicious. Because we had to take a boat to the island, we had to pay the boat fee separately for adults, which was 1200🐖. There was an exclusive reception room for the hotel at the pier, which was air-conditioned and provided drinks and snacks. The hotel facilities were good and it was worth staying again. It was just that there was a lack of Chinese waiters, and many people could not speak Chinese. There were still many Chinese people here.

I didn't notice it was an island hotel: 14-year-old children need to pay 1,200 baht for boat rides. Children over 4 years old need to pay 770 baht for breakfast. I was told that this is a must, a group feature, and it can be waived if you don't follow other hotels. I tried two SPAs and they were both newbies, and each person was 1,000. Thai food is OK, 300 per person. Western pizza is not good, lamb chops are OK, 500 per person. Japanese food is still fresh, but it is a bar design, which is not conducive to many people ordering dishes. The price is quite expensive, and it costs more than 1,000 per person to eat a full meal.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful gardens, very good atmosphere. The disadvantage is that you have to take a boat to Koh Yao Yai. The hotel only has a boat service from Phuket. None from Krabi The restaurant in the hotel has inconsistent prices and taste.
