Front desk stuff (the guy) is extremely uncooperative and has an attitude like he is doing a favor by letting you stay in the hotel.

The corporate is one of the worst hotels in kolkata, with an absolutely dreadful breakfast that no one can stomach. The room cleaning and staff are so incompetent that they don't even bother providing basic amenities like coffee packets or a toothbrush. On top of that, the room charges are exorbitant considering the tiny, stuffy rooms that lack any ventilation or windows. Without a doubt, the corporate stands out as one of the most abysmal hotels in kolkata, with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Ms aishwarya made sure that we got everything on time. We had mistakenly left our documents in the hotel. She called us and informed us promptly, keeping our documents safely till our arrival. We were so grateful for her kind gesture. We re-checked into the hotel. Breakfast was delicious too. Overall excellent service. Clean and hygienic rooms. Ac works perfectly well. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. 5/5.
