The room was not well maintained, there was no water in the shower in the morning. The receptionist asked to fill a gatepass at checkout.

Property is located at well connected and renowned park street. Good rooms and clean linen and washroom. Amenties wise ok. In house restaurant have great tasty food. The inhouse cafe is +1. Only drawback is room are not soundproof. I was in 104 and clearly can hear sound from other room as well as from restaurant just below my room. The cranking sound from kitchen too is clearly audible in night. So a suggestion to management, keep take care of sound proofing. Otherwise the hotel is highly recommendable. Property location - 5/5

The biggest perk of this property is its location, its perfect. The check in process was not good, too much delay in getting the room ready, the room did not have towels and toilet paper, requested in the afternoon, after 2 reminders got it in the evening. Overall a good hotel to stay in, but manage u our expectations.

Hotel was good but there is no hot water facility in my room. As this is winter season and how can we bath with cold water still we taken bath with cold water because we have an appointment scheduled and right now my wife got sick and suffering with high fever and cold. This was a really bad experience i need my money back.
