It was a terrible stay, the staff was rude and completely uncooperative, parking facility not available, room size too small, the washroom -there was no bathing space, had to bathe standing almost on the pot. A/c wasn't working, on complaining, they simply said, thay "it's an old air conditioner, we can't do anything about it".

Room are too much conjected, bathroom is too much small. As per confirm slipper not given in the room. Food quality is also below average. Not reco***ded next time.

Bathroom is very small in size. Wifi network is not good. Room ac remote is not working properly. Room service boy forget to give towel and toilet paper. Room rent price is high.

The stay at corporate hotel for an official trip was good. It is placed in the main area where you have the access to all the shops nearby.

The room had insects in the first place and the liquid soap in the bathroom was completely empty. Upon requesting the reception and housekeeping a number of times they did not provide the liquid soap. The hotel is based in a very posh area of kolkata and catering to such common needs is not a very big issue.

A well maintained hotel in the heart of Kolkata at a very affordable price and an extremely efficient staff. Their in-house restaurant was one of the best with 24 × 7 room service.
