Peerless Inn is a dirty and unkept hotel that is not up to international standards. The pictures are from opening day perhaps and does not reflect the reality. With the saving grace of a particular receptionist everything else was a disaster. The dusty rooms from the “new” addition building was not an upgrade. Please reconsider to the JW Marriott or Royal Bengal

The location was bad and it didn't feel very clean. I would like to think about my next stay. It is also a negative point that you could not choose the a la carte menu even for dinner at the restaurant.

I am a frequent visitor to Kolkata and I always prefer to stay here because of location. It’s nearby my office also the are maintaining their quality of food. Bengali cuisines are awesome. They exchange a warm hospitality every time I visit here.

The services were fantastic. The ***agement was as always on point. The ambiance was really peaceful and well maintained as well. The food was really immaculate and we will be sure to visit soon. The rooms were well decorated and regular cleaning was also carried out.🥰👌👍

I'm happy to stay in this hotel according what I paid but you won't expect like 4* but it's more kind of 3.5* only..Staff is very good and helpful and location is excellent but Good is quiet decent but need little bit more improvement and as well as try to keep Veg and non-veg at not separate but try to organize proper section...
