Peerless Inn is a dirty and unkept hotel that is not up to international standards. The pictures are from opening day perhaps and does not reflect the reality. With the saving grace of a particular receptionist everything else was a disaster. The dusty rooms from the “new” addition building was not an upgrade. Please reconsider to the JW Marriott or Royal Bengal

場所的に悪かったのと、あまり清潔感は感じられなかった。次回の宿泊はちょっと考えたいと思う。レストランの夕食でもアラカルトメニューが選べなかったのもマイナス点。

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Impeccably clean rooms. Breakfast is a fairly decent spread. The signature restaurant Aaheli is a must do when in Kolkata One of the best hotels right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend this place. Will be back for sure
